I called AOE at 9:00 am and they had an electrician at my house by 12:50 pm. I believe the guy I talked with on the phone was the owner, he set everything up and stayed on top of all the action throughout. I wish I could recall his name. The electrician's name was Cree and if you can get him to your house your problems will be over - no question about it. This guy was an electrician and a magician. I had three issue and he knocked them all out in about 45 minutes and that's counting diagnosis. Great company, true professionals, best electrical contractor I've ever worked with. Make them your first call - you will be glad you did.

I am your typical white collar guy that doesn't have the time for a lot of home improvement projects but neither do I enjoy dealing with professional service firms, that often times aren't very professional....in fact I look at the whole process of do-it-for-me home improvement as worse than buying a new car from a salesman in the 90s. So as a result, I just befriend inertia and ""vintage"" home accoutrements and live a more blissful life...

...Delighted to say I fought through my fears and found these guys, especially our project's meticulous lead man, Juan, and his trustworthy associate, Luis.

We bought a charming home last year but with a bit of a dowdy lighting scheme. I just could not bear the idea of having to deal with the process. But under the motto ""happy wife, happy life"", I finally relented and we invested some real dollars into a dozen high end light fixtures, including several chandeliers, pendants and sconces.

Several of the pieces required extreme care given their fragility and several were in awkward areas like above stairs and on slanted ceilings. Several times Juan consulted with us to notify us of small or large issues to seek our input and final decision. He was also pretty funny, polite and extremely considerate and professional. Most importantly the finished product was fantastic! Will try to post some pics so you can for yourselves. Huge recommendation to him, Luis and this company. Craig also helped out for a bit before he was called out to a job and he seemed very good as well.

As I started, I don't do projects very often (said in Dos Equis commercial voice but totally serious about this) but when I do, I'll call Juan and co.

Juan and Luis did an amazing job replacing all the fixtures in our two story home! From showing up on time, ready to go, to the care they took to clean up afterwards, they did an amazing job! We thought they were going to have to open up our kitchen ceiling to install the island pendants, but they managed to do it with ZERO sheetrock damage! We had some complicated and large fixtures to install, and everything was done perfectly, the same day. They were exceedingly pleasant to work with and our first call will be to them if we have electrical needs in the future! Thank you so much, Juan and Luis!

I don't normally write reviews, but I just wanted to give a shout out to the excellent customer service Jesse provided us. I called a dozen electricians on Craiglist but got no call backs. I decided to check on Yelp and found this company. Got an immediate answer and a visit from Jesse within a few hours for a quote. We explained what we needed and he gave us an incredibly thorough walkthrough of our options, and even pointed out a potentially hazardous situation with our panel. We're still weighing our options but I can already say these guys know what they're talking about and will definitely get the job done to a high standard.

Alpha Omega electric is an amazing electric company. I don't often write reviews unless something truly stands out.

We had a major blow out in our electric panel and came close to burning our house down. It was a bit difficult to find someone to come day of but Jesse was quick to respond and work with me to find a convenient time that could work for the both of us.

Once he got there I was extremely impressed with the care and service they were able to provide. Jesse also gave me multiple options to choose from vs trying to upcharge me on the highest possibility.

It's rare these days to find people who are honest and will honor their work for 10 years. Yes that's right! They warranty their work for 10 years!!

Lastly, cost is extremely fair and lower compared to other quotes I had gotten. I highly recommend them if you're in need of an electrician that is honest and great at what they do!

I am very impressed with the clean, timely and professional service Juan with AOE provided. He finished the electrical work for a remodel in my home and he helped with tracking down parts we needed to finish. He was very communicative and accommodating in coming back the next day to finish his work, as he had to find special components.

They just did everything right. Fast on initial response to my request for bid via Yelp. Came out within a couple of hours. Diagnosed my issues and then set up a time to come the next morning to do the work. On time, good price, fast amazing work, clean, pleasant. What else do you want. After having dealt with less than prompt electricians in the past here in Santa Cruz, These are my go to guys from now on!

These guys came, looked at my problem, came up with the best practical and economical solution, quoted on-point, and got the job done quickly and up to code. I now have a backup generator wired to a new sub panel. Very happy with the whole solution, and will hire them again.
