I had a fuse that started tripping without any changes to the load. Craig firstly gave me several instructions over a video call to troubleshoot and when that didnt work, I scheduled an appointment. He first tried to replace the fuse and when that didnt work, he started looking outlet by outlet trying find the source. Craig was thorough and knowledgeable. Ultimately, it was a USB receptacle based socket that I had installed that was causing a short.

Highly recommend his work to everybody.

I have had issues with my AC for some time. Trying to figure out what happened: did the basics checking on the capacitors and contactor - no issue; checked the thermostat: no issue, getting the 24v as supposed; then found that AC is not getting 240v. So I reached out to Craig and he came by the next day. Did a check and found the issue was related to the breaker which he explained the reason and fixed it. I would certainly recommend Craig if you need any help. Very responsive and reliable. Thank you Craig!
