ALPHA Builders & Remodeling, Inc. is, by far, the best contractor we have engaged for services in the 20 years in our current home. We had an unfortunate water heater leak in our garage and caused water damage to our garage, downstairs bedroom and closet. Alon Marom is the owner and lead contractor for this project. He was referred to us by Pac Fleet. He accepted the job, and we knew from the start that he was a ""can-do"" kind of person. He has helped us with the insurance company, valued the job fairly, got the approvals from our home insurance, and hired the right crew to do the job properly. He was thoroughly professional from the start and at each subsequent point. He always gave us 100% of his attention when he is talking to us about the project. We recently had a busted water pipe. It affected our upstairs bathroom and garage ceiling. Alon with Alpha Builders was recommended by our plumber. Alon came out and within a couple of days was working with our insurance company to handle the estimate. He took pictures and measurements himself to document the extent of the repair needed. He did great getting us MORE than what the insurance company wanted to initially pay. The work was done within 1 week and the guys did a fantastic job! Alon went out of his way to check on the job and make sure everything was done right. You can tell he cares about his customers. Can't ask for better professional service. Something that could have been a stressful situation actually turned out to be a great experience. I would definitely recommend and we will use them in the future. Thanks Alon!

It was excellent doing business with Alon. Alon was extremely responsive to all my questions. He worked directly with my insurance company to get all the work approved for payment. Once approved, he and his crew came in and did a fantastic job making my dining room as good a new. Everything was perfectly cleaned up when they left. Unfortunately my experience with Alon and his team was not great! I am not saying don't hire them but beware. He apparently does not guarantee his work. Integrity doesn't appear to be in their vocabulary but dishonesty and greed seem to be. He came to my home initially for a bathroom remodel because our toilet backed up. I assumed he was sent by my insurance company. Alon and I discussed other projects I wanted done which included a HVAC, new attic insulation with rodent proofing and dishwasher/garbage disposal installation. I decided to hire Alpha Builders because I could finance through a company they were affiliated with. Once Alon knew how much I was approved for he immediately drew up a contract for that exact amount and withdrew all the funds before any work was performed. I noticed the contract didn't state ""rodent proofing"" the attic. Alon assured me it was included. He said they would patch up all the holes. There were several issues that I had to beg to get resolved. Unfortunately, it took 8 months to notice there was a hole outside, which was made by Alon's team while installing the HVAC system, leading to the attic. This should have been patched when the insulation was installed. I took a picture and contacted Alon. He of course denied ""rodent proofing "" being part of our agreement. He told me I should have read the scope of work better. $5000 for rodent proofing and new insulation down the drain because the mice found the hole they left. He reluctantly fixed it and said he was doing me a favor. Thank God they were too greedy to do my bathroom. Alon said he wouldn't make enough money. Saved me a headache and probably would have been the worst mistake of my life!

After a water leak in my home I found myself in need of help with major repairs. A friend of mine recommended Alpha Builders and Remodeling, and I'll say I'm so glad I called! Alon, the business owner, provided the help and guidance I needed from a profesional. Dealing with the insurance can be quite a drag and Alon helped alleviate the stress by working with my insurance directly and for that I can't thank him enough! His entire team was very profesional and efficient and did an amazing job with all of the home repairs. Everything truly looks beautiful!

Alpha builders performed the repair of my elderly father's house after extensive flood damage. The repair consisted of kitchen living room and two bathrooms. Alon managed the project from start to finish. He clearly laid out the scope of the project and did all the negotiations with the insurance company. He returned the house to better than new condition. Due to my father's age, my father refused to leave during the construction and speed of the project was very important to limit the disruption and discomfort of the project. Alon was very sensitive to this and worked around my dad and completed the project in record time, less then half the time we were expecting. I strongly recommend Alon and Alpha Builders for any project.
