Owner answered my phone call. Made time to do a quick visit to my new house and sort out electrical issues identified in the property report. Walked through the whole house and gave me a pragmatic view on what needed to be fixed now and what needed to be fixed to rent out my property in the future. He read my house report and came prepared. Wore a mask without me asking. Answered all my questions and was sober, coherent and thoughtful. I will use him and his son for future fixes. Great guy. Couldn't be happier.

Tim came and said he couldn't do it. Then he said, ""I've gotta? go"", and hustled out the door without so much as a ""sorry."" I called someone else and they came and did it, no problem, for $700. Tim's loss. I mean, if you don't want to do it, fine. But you don't need to be rude.

Tim and team were outstanding. I have a handyman get in a little over his head on my 2nd home/condo. We were trying to get GFCI outlets installed in the kitchen. Tim sent out an electrician that day and was fixed shortly thereafter. He could have charged for parts but used what we had and was only charged labor. I plan on using them again. Cheers!

Friendly service. Tim, the owner, got us on the schedule, even though we didn't have an emergency (we called several other local electricians, and they rudely said that they had no time on their schedules to handle non-emergencies).

Nick came bay, quickly determined the problem (a shorted out dimmer switch), and replaced it. No spending a lot of needless time, and no mess-making. Fair pricing.

Alpenglow is now in my contact list for my go-to for any future electrical issues.

These guys did a really good job. The owner is knowledgeable and really interested in how choices affect energy consumption. He thoroughly answered my questions and educated me regarding my options. They charged me a fair price and completed the work quickly and correctly. My only complaint (I would have taken half a star off if Yelp let me, but not a full star) is that they did a poor job of cleaning up afterwards, leaving lots of drywall dust.
I will use them if I am ever in need of an electrician again and definitely recommend them.
