Contacted Alltech to get some assistance with the solar system that came with the home we just purchased. The panels, which the previous owner obtained through a power purchase agreement with Vivint, were bought out during escrow and we were advised by Vivint they would no longer provide monitoring access. I needed to figure out a way to get data on the system to make sure it was producing adequately. Cy came out to the house and, after looking over the equipment, called the manufacturer to find out what my options were. After providing them with my contact info, he explained to me the process for establishing monitoring through the company. He also advised me that at least one of the microinverters appeared to be malfunctioning. Cy didn't charge me anything for his visit. He answered all my questions patiently, was really nice to my dog, and shared his expertise and valuable time as a courtesy. I respect the way he and his company do business. No doubt they will be the ones I'll call to fix things once monitoring service begins, and we can pinpoint which panel needs attention.

Cyrus and the team at Alltech are worth the five star reviews they receive. We purchased a home recently with an antiquated solar panel system included. Cyrus not only inspected it for us, but helped us get it squared away so we could see the power it generates.

We needed 15 additional panels to generate more than enough to cover or electricity usage, and we are very happy we worked with Cyrus and Alltech. They also did a great job upgrading our electrical panel, which was close to being maxed out based on our homes energy usage, and that was also done at a reasonable price.

The guidance provided, level of professionalism and communicativeness throughout the process was second to none.

When we replace the old part of our homes solar system we will definitely work with Alltech again.

Cy, one of the owners, doesn't waste your time or his. The quote was clear and competitive. They offer an excellent warranty. We met and went over the details. He answered my questions. A date was scheduled. Alltech took care of all the paperwork. The crew showed up on time and did a very professional installation. One of the crew came back to take care of any remaining details while waiting for inspection approval. Cy and I met again to go over the system and to make sure it was working correctly.
Everything went according to plan. The entire process went smoothly requiring a minimal amount of my time.
I hope to see my electric bill offset. Of course that remains to be seen (the installation just took place).

I've had my solar in place for probably about 6 years ago. I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I've been with both my system and Alltech. Besides loving the savings, I've been so happy with Alltech as the company that I've used. Firstly, the installation process was seamless - it was a perfect and timely installation. But to be honest with you, I was most impressed with the ongoing follow up. I had removed the signal extender from my wifi that was used for my system b/c I needed the extender on the other side of the house. Unbeknownst to me, the system that measures my usage stopped working. Alltech oversees the solar energy production from the units that they install, and THEY CONTACTED ME to tell me that the unit was no longer recording that data. When they came back to fix the problem, (now we are talking YEARS LATER), they not only corrected the issue, actually brought and installed WITHOUT charge a newer unit. Who even does that? Love, love, love Alltech. Trust me, you won't do better

This is the second house in less than four years that I have gotten solar. The solar in my previous house was installed by Semper Solaris and it was a nightmare! It took them weeks and numerous emails to complete. My solar on my new house was installed by Alltech. It was like pushing the ""Easy Button"". I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. Cy's bid was by far the most competitive for the exact same equipment offered by other companies. He was also willing to work with my roofer of choice and coordinated everything with him directly. After the aggravation with Semper Solaris a few years ago, this was one of the easiest and smoothest projects I have ever experienced.
