Stay away!! After your service call fee which is $197 dollars by the way. Too bad you can't give negative stars. Told them in advance that our business is at a stand still without a piece of equipment running. After trouble shooting the job (which took less than 20 minutes) we were told to expect an estimate quote by email within 2 days. Never heard a word. Called multiple times to find out what's going on. No one had answers and about a week after they were out, one of the girls that answers the phones told us that the tech didn't turn in his work orders because he had not been back in to the office yet. In all we made 5 -7 phone calls to get no where. Funny thing is, about 2 weeks later we got a quote by email for about $1100 more than we got it fixed by another company. Thanks for nothing. They are a joke if you ask me. Unprofessional to say the least.

I called All Star Electrician Experts after having Hoffman Electric come to my house to provide an estimate. Hoffman electric DEMANDED I pay 50% of the estimate in order to ""secure"" a spot on their calendar (50% of my estimate was $500.00). When I questioned this protocol, I was told it was to supply materials, however, I had previously purchased all the materials that they'd be using. I refused to pay anything, as payment from me would be rendered once services are provided! I called All Star and they promptly set up an appt for an estimate a few days later. Scott, my technician arrived exactly when scheduled. The estimate that was provided was roughly $200 less than Hoffman. Scott did not ask for any money prior to working. He worked from 9am-730pm, only stopping for a quick lunch. He was very personable and knowledgable. He made suggestions that were geared to exactly what I was looking for rather than suggestions to make more money. The work done was perfect and I would definitely use All Star again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

I had an appointment Saturday between 10 am-1 pm. I received a call around 11:30 am saying it would be closer to 1 because the call he was on was more involved than he had anticipated. Then I get another call saying he won't be coming. I asked, ""Can't you send someone else?"" The dispatcher said he would call around and see, but he would call me back if he found someone. They have wasted my Saturday and my light did not get moved. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Professional, reasonable on price, showed up on time (a must with me) and very very knowledgeable. My technician's name was Chip. If you want great service, you might want to ask for Chip. When dealing with electricity, you must have a licensed (which means trained) technician. Way too dangerous to use a Craig's List guy.

We had just moved into our home and needed much work, plus a few electrical upgrades to be done.

We had Joe, our electrician. That guy was courteous, patient, hard worker, on time, and tried very hard to accommodate us and worked with our request(s). We had an idea on what we thought we wanted to do, however, he gave us a suggestion that was so much better than what we wanted. But, if we wanted to stick with our idea, then he was happy to oblige.

When things did not turn out the way we liked it to be, we talked with Steve, the Manager, and he was very understanding, attentive, and was able to work with us on getting the problem resolved.

Their price is on the average to above side, however their customer service and the quality of work provide are the best. Highly recommend them, and I am having them for other electrical work around the house.

Not knowing much about electrical legs, lugs or jaws when it comes to non-functioning devices, I chose four local electrical companies to compare prices/knowledge. Steve Konigsberg of All Star called me up first and, after listening to him explain what may or may NOT be the problem, I decided to go with him. I just liked the way he sounded on the phone, not to mention that All Star doesn't charge by the hour. He said if something is broke, he would give me an estimate for the job then but not before.
He came out promptly at 2 p.m. and quickly figured one thing out. The electric meter was locked up! He figured something in the meter box was not working but he's have to call Progress Energy to have them come out and open it. He told me he had a few contacts and he called it in as an outage. AND he didn't charge me a penny! I told him I would call him back once we figured out what was going on.
It turns out there were several breaks in the power line, by the way.
Steve was professional, courteous and timely. I highly recommend All Star to anyone needing electrical services.

Finally an affordable Electrician with great service. They were prompt, clean, and very knowledgable!!!...A++
