We just purchased a house and called these folks to give us an estimate on some electrical work we wanted done. It appears that they had done some work at the house because they had left a magnet business card the main breaker box. The card listed a phone number and said to call or text.

Well we texted and did not hear for 24 hours, so I texted again and a few hours later received a reply and agreed on a time to come and see us to asses the work we needed and provide an estimate.

The told me they would come Wednesday afternoon. at 3pm we texted them to find out what time they planned on coming, and no reply. And a NO SHOW.

No show to an appointment and no followup. This is not the way to do business.

By far the best customer service oriented business! Todd walked us through some tips prior to charging us for a visit. Although, it did work we still had some other electrical issues going on so I called him back for an actual service call (AFTER HE HAD ALREADY FOLLOWED UP, WHICH IS RARE ESPECIALLY WITH NO ONE FROM HIS COMPANY EVEN HAD BEEN OUT AS OF YET) he was very professional, responded and arrived immediately, and fixed the issue within a timely manner. I had 2 other people recommend this company and I am thankful that I called and you will be too!!!

The Allstar Electric crew did an awesome job for us! We had a long list of tasks that needed to be done on our older home. Todd came out, and we explained everything we needed to have done. He had an estimate to us that afternoon, and we scheduled the date for the work to be completed. The entire crew showed up at the time promised! Despite cramped attic conditions and weird wiring completed by previous owners of our house, the crew tackled it all without any complaints. Although it did take a second trip to complete all the work, the price we were quoted was what we were charged. The work was excellent, and the crew did a great job cleaning up as well. We will definitely use them for any future work and highly recommend them!

Todd and his apprentice (his son) installed a Generac transfer switch onto our electric meter in order to connect a portable generator if needed during the frequent north FL storm outages. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding permit requirements and the system, and completed this task very quickly. While he was here, I asked if he had time to also install an electric outlet on the exterior of my brick house and on to a post on a cedar pergola column, which would involve some paver removal and burying several feet of wires. He not only had all the materials needed to do the job, but went over and above my expectations on how the end result of this job would be! Very professional, personable and no surprises with cost or expected scope of work to be done. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

I have used Allstar one time after I met the owner playing poker at a bar, should have known then. He and his son's came out to wire my dock. After 2 days it was obvious they have no real Electrical expertise. It was like a used car salesman approach to every question I asked. Not only did it take much longer to finish but of course extra charges not agreed to. Two months later the power was out to the dock and I had to call in another electrician. It was found that the equipment used was cheap and not made for outdoor use. What a joke...Use at your own risk !!!

Joe, the owner of Allstar, contacted me about my complaint previous listed. He seemed to sincerely want to remedy the situation, and finally agreed to reimburse me for the extra charges not in the quote (and some extra). Due to the effort Joe made to come to an amiable solution I would say that the original problem was a misunderstanding and that their intention is to give good service.
