I had Allstar install a Tesla Wall Connector and they were very friendly and did great work. The Wall Connector ended up being defective and they came out quickly and helped me get the unit off the wall so I could return it. Squeezed me into the schedule - very thankful. Jeremy was really helpful and very good at communicating with me and accommodating me.

It was such a relief to be referred to Jeremy, after encountering several electricians who seemed either dishonest or were poor communicators. Jeremy patiently answered all my questions about replacing my main service panel and sub-panels to keep my home electric situation safe. He was clear about what we should expect, fair in his pricing, and understanding when I had to switch our available dates (sorry!). Rene was a total professional, wearing his mask the entire time, and limiting the damage to our drywall. (He even pulled out some old drywall scraps someone had left inside the walls from years before.) Their work took exactly as long as they said it would. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering major electrical projects.

With mixed emotions I leave this review. I used Allstar to service a small apartment complex that I own in Walnut Creek for about four years. Guessing that I used them about twice a year for various needs. We had a good run with the company as they were responsive and provided good service.

Sadly, the last experience I had was discerning. They were difficult to schedule with and then failed to show at the scheduled time. To add insult to injury they neglected to return phone calls. Eventually the office manager called to apologize.

This put me in a tough bind as I am turning over an apartment and need the work done in a timely manner before the tenant moves in. I understand that everyone is busy but if this is how they treat a long term paying customer I would hesitate to move forward with them if you have other options.

Allstar is professional, persistent and patient. They gave me a fair price and was willing to work with me and PG&E. We went through 4 PG&E project managers and got different stories from each. Allstars patience's dealing with PG&E is commendable. It took a year to get my EV charger outlet installed. Many thanks to Ashlie, Jeremy and Steve for all their hard work.

We needed to setup a wall connector for an EV vehicle and I shopped around with some of the local electricians in the area. In the end Allstar quoted us the fairest price and with very little difficulty. All the electricians will ask you to take pictures of the fuse box and some electrical meters and switches so be prepared to take these pictures and share them for accurate quotes. Allstar asked for an additional picture and they were very helpful in their directions for what they needed in the picture. Once all the pictures were uploaded an appointment was made almost immediately. Job was done in about 1.5 hours and everything is working perfectly. Thanks Allstar, I will definitely recommend your services!

They quoted the best, were flexible. Execution was a bit delayed (thanks to PGE) but they did try their best to get the work done.

Work wise - they were on target - quality was good. on plan.

They need to improve on their communication method - Trying to get in touch with them is a pain. Always goes to voicemail. can't talk to a human unless they call back. Especially if you want to talk to someone urgently.

We used Allstar to install LED lighting throughout our home. From my initial contact to request a quote to completion of the installation, we were taken care of. Steve replied to my request for a quote the same day and I was able to schedule the project in a very timely manner. The technician arrived on time and finished quickly considering all the work he had to do. He was respectful and very careful with our home, which I really appreciated. We had a small issue with our existing electrical and they helped us out with that as well.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with new lights!!
