If I could give Alliance a zero I would. Manfred, Karin and Mike are not only liars, but they are criminals. They deceived us into giving them the money and never did the work. Now I'm paying on a solar loan but don't have a single solar panel and I also have my full electrical bill. If you are one of the many unfortunate people who have been taken by them PLEASE send me a message. I have some very valuable information that may help us all to bring justice and stop them from doing this to anyone else.

We hired Alliance mechanical in February to installed Solar Panels on our property. Here we are in August and the system is NOT connected. Alliance rescheduled with Edison three times for the connect. Manfred Thyssen the owner was involved in the installation and was paid in full. We had an agreement to have the inverter installed in our garage. To our surprise it was installed on the ground next to the solar panels. Not what we agreed to or want. Even-though Alliance was paid in full and the job isn't completed we were served a Lien notice from CED Greenwich who Alliance bought the panels from. We now have a lien against our home for $13,532 for the cost of the panels even though we paid Manfred in full for the panels and installation. Manfred has had many opportunities to pay the vendor he got the panels from but to date hasn't cleared the debt and we still have a lien on our home. We hired an attorney to make all claims against his contractors license with the state. It is hard to comprehend this CA law that allows the vendor of the panels to go after the homeowner who has paid the installer/contractor in full for the panels. This has been very stressful and we don't want another person to get caught up with a crook like Manfred and Alliance.
