I recently called Allgood to make an appointment after my kitchen faucet started gushing water underneath the sink when I turned it on. They scheduled me for the next day ""between 12 and 5"". I had an unusable kitchen sink, so I was happy that they were going to come out the next day. At 4:00 pm the next day they called to tell me that they weren't going to be able to make it after all, but that I could reschedule the appointment not for the next day, not for the day after that, but in TWO WEEKS. Seriously, from a next day appointment to two weeks out? I wish they had just told me that from the beginning so I didn't lose a whole day waiting on them.

Run, run as fast as you can from this company! Here is my nightmare experience. I bought an entirely new system from this company in 2018. Took on an $11,000 debt based on Allgood's recommendation. Since installation, I have had to call them out every year during the warm/hot season to check why the unit was not cooling my house. Each time it was always an excuse for why and mostly something we were not doing....dirty filter or dirty air ducts or some other technical reason I didn't understand. All I know it is a new unit! Well as expected it happens again on 5/2021. The house is hot, the system is blowing and the temp is rising in the house. I call to make an appointment but this time I enquire about the warranty on the unit. Someone was supposed to get back with me (Josephine Jones).....that never happens. So, this tech shows up 6/3, and here is where the NIGHTMARE BEGINS! I'll give it to you in sequence order: He goes to the attic tells me that the filter has fallen into the unit and is blocking something and the drip pan is full of water and it's going to cost me $200+ for him to remove it. I said NO......I wish to speak to your boss. I did speak to someone named Corey, who thought it appropriate to speak to me as if I was his subordinate, about all of the past visits for service to my home for ""dirty filters"". I refused to pay such a ridiculous price and climbed the attic ladder myself and pulled the filter out using a cloth hanger all while the tech held his flashlight for me to see. By the way, the filter was bone dry and the little bit of water in the pan could have to be cleaned with a paper towel. So, this should have solved the problem right? No, the tech stays up in the attic and comes down and says the drip hose is clogged and he will need to flush it out by cutting the PVC pipe and some other stuff I didn't understand. What? How much? This guy tells me the same $200+ he quoted for the filter issue that He said was the problem. I said NO......I called my husband. My husband tells this guy that is not the problem because it's draining through the hose to the outside where it's supposed to. The tech tells me, after speaking to my husband, that he's going out to check if the unit has enough coolant. WOW! He tells me to turn the unit on, he comes back and tells me to turn it off. The tech then tells me there is a MAJOR LEAK IN THE UNIT! What type of leak? He walks away and did not say. After a while, I looked out of my window and saw that the tech had removed the entire top of my 3-year-old 11,000 dollar unit. I went out and asked what was going on, he said there is a leak and shows me some copper color coils and I could hear hissing. He was on the phone with RUDE SERVICE MANAGER COREY at the time and could not speak more, he had to find out what they wanted him to do.......that's what he said. The tech comes back into my home and this is the foolishness that proceeded from his mouth! BECAUSE OF THE VIBRATION OF THE MOTOR, IT HAS RUBBED AGAINST THE COILS AND HAS CAUSED THE LEAK.......IT'S GOING TO COST $1400.00 TO REPAIR AND THOSE PARTS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. BOOM! This is unbelievable! Did I mention that this unit was installed by Allgood in April of 2018 and supposedly inspected by Allgood? Did I mention that I didn't build the unit, deliver the unit, installed the unit? I received the unit and the work/service that this company provided in good faith. I trusted Allgood GUARANTEE as stated, ""When you invest in a home comfort system from us, we guarantee your comfort today and in the future."" NOWHERE DOES ALLGOOD'S GUARANTEE SAY THAT I THE CUSTOMER WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR A MANUFACTURER ISSUE/DEFECT IF IT IS THE CAUSE OF THE UNIT NOT WORKING PROPERLY! Please take this review seriously. I have had nothing but disappointment and frustration dealing with this company and dealing with this situation. They present themselves as a company with integrity, knowledge, and professionalism. I question all of that given what I have gone through. I will never use them again and please know, I will share this experience as often as I can. SHAME ON YOU ALLgood!

Second update: My 18k HVAC unit failed two city inspections! Below is a summary of how the most recent repairs went and a part of the email I sent complaining. They still haven't responded to my BBB complaint which you can view in the BBB website.

It seems to me I am not taken seriously because I am a woman. The sexism is blatantly obvious in my opinion. I know for a fact there are emails showing where I've called and complained that the repairs made wouldn't pass the second inspection. When the second repair team came to my home, Danny was incredibly dismissive of my concerns regarding refrigerant. Low and behold, the inspector documented (with pictures!) that the Freon refrigerant did not have the appropriate locking caps that are required and one was missing a cap. Danny should spend less time talking about how he ""escalated my case"" to senior management and more time inspecting his work since HIS work didn't pass inspection. It shouldn't take a second inspection failed to prove me right. I literally told Danny to his face I wouldn't trust anything he said until I see a passed inspection.

1st update: What a joke response! I've tried calling the quality manager 3 times and she still hasn't responded!! I'm to the point of reporting All Good for failure to comply with city code and respond to a failed inspection. Good luck keeping your business license after that!

Original review: Warning! They failed city inspection for HVAC installation. I have had so many issues with poor quality. I am now having to stay on top of them to get the repairs done due to failing inspection because of the poor quality of work. The inspector told me that their poor work actually puts us at risk of carbon monoxide in the air. As a pregnant customer, I AM FURIOUS.

I would not recommend this company to my enemies . They change the toilet and charged me 1090 for it and did a terrible job. I have called numerous time for some to transfer me to the manager or supervisor with no luck.

I have been a customer of All Good do a long time. They have installed a new heating unit and a new hot water tank at my house. I called for their AC tune up special the other day they scheduled it for a 4-8 time period I came home from work early, got a text saying the tech was on his way they never showed. I called the next day demanding a free service they scheduled me again for that day 4-8. I get a call at 2:00 saying he was on his way. I told him I was at least 40 minutes out and would get there as soon as possible. Got home waited 30 minutes sent the tech a text he replied back that he was on another call and I would have to call back in and reschedule. I was livid at this point called back in demanding to speak to a supervisor, of course they weren't available, was told they sent an email requesting for someone to call. No call, I called them this morning now they are saying she is out for the rest of the week and there is no other supervisor there that I could speak to. By far the worse customer service, most non professional way to do business. I will never use these people again and would not recommend them to anyone!

Well this company has turned their business around to be a total scam. They came to one of my properties for an outside leak and quoted between $600-$900 to dig up the area and fix the pipe. Well once the ground was dug up they said now it would be $2200 because they had to break up the sidewalk or I could just replace the entire line to the street for $3300.

Typical bait and switch. I sent them packing but was still charged $400 to dig a 1 foot hole. Absolutely do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off.

Terrible experience with this company. Service manager did not follow through. The installation was a tragedy with breaking a pipe to the water tank. The guys from Tidal Wave were able to keep the flooring and drywall intact. I cannot recommend Allgood.

This company is the typical bait and switch operation. They quoted me between $600-$900 to replace a broken pipe outside my property. Once they dug the hole the price went up to $2100 but they suggested to replace the entire line to the street for $3400 but could not say that the pipe actually had to be replaced. I told them to leave the property because I do not work with companies like theirs and I was charged $400 to dig a small 2 foot hole. I had someone come out a day later and repair everything for $325. I would definitely stay away from this company if you are looking for a fair and honest repair job.

$1200 to replace valves in 2 sink and tub faucets. Run, don't walk from this company. Outrageously overcharges, and takes advantage of elderly people who are not able to know when they are getting taken advantage of. Listen to the other reviews.

Used them for years and was pleased. Had to call them out in November and twice in January 2021 and I will not ever use them again.
