Extremely knowledgeable and very reliable. They fixed a problem with my outdoor lighting that 2 other electricians weren't able to fix. Changed out my smoke detectors and waiting to make sure there was no chirping before they left. I was very happy with Allgood and would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed in their bidding practices. While hiring Allgood to do a review of repairs on a home purchase, they initially refused to provide an itemized bid. One received we understand why. They were charging $1000 to secure some wires and install a j-box ($500 j-box + $500 wire secure). While we understand accessing the crawl space may result in additional labor charges, this was excessive. All of their other charges were reasonable but this resulted in the seller of the home refusing to do our repairs and I unfortunately understand his perspective. Troy the owner was very short and rude to communicate with over the phone and email. He ultimately pinned the high rate on information provided that the access was small and he only had one tech he believed he could use. This was confusing as my husband who is 6ft/180lbs was the one who went under and photographed the areas for the tech who was uncomfortable navigating the crawl space. I'm at a loss for their decision making process on bidding business.

Jacob arrived on time and walked me through how he proposed to troubleshoot my issue. He kept me advised throughout the process and fixed the issue on the first try (afci breaker kept tripping). I will definitely keep AllGood in mind for any electrical issues in the future.

I've never called electricians except when something goes wrong. Allgood is awesome for how quickly they respond and how great their service is. They are knowledgeable and can quickly figure out where the issue is that caused the call. Troy was courteous of my house and those in it. They do not try to up sell the problem.
