Short review, but we engaged Alley Electric with two electrical issues in our home, with an incorrect video-cam doorbell wiring, and replacement of older recessed halogen lighting. Both times Alley Electric were incredibly professional with their responses, estimated quotes, and timeliness with their scheduled jobs.

For those that care, the engaged electricians all wear masks to be respectful to the household owners, and staff wear booties coming into your house to make as little mess as possible. The cordial manners and professionalism go a long way in addition to the finer details.

We have a monorail ceiling fixture over our dinner table that ceased functioning. I set up an appointment and Wesley arrived at the appointed time and took care of the problem He was friendly and professional and the job was quickly completed. Chris came by and did an excellent job helping us with our home! He installed some new lights and switches for us, in the process fixing several of the mistakes made by someone else we had previously hired. Have an old house with some funky electrical. Alley fixed everything up so light switches finally make sense!! So easy to work with, from Alina on the phone to Wesley coming out for an estimate to the crew doing the job, everyone was a pleasure to work with. And reasonable!!

They were very responsive with emails, and the chandelier installation work was professionally done! They tested everything to make sure the new lights work before leaving. The price was cheaper than the handyman we previously used. Would definitely use them again for our next installation.

We recently purchased an EV and needed a new electrical outlet installed in our garage to support Level 2 charging. We asked for a few quotes and Alley's quote was very competitive.

Once we agreed upon a date and time for the installation, they showed up on time, completed the job efficiently and with very high quality work. After installation, I had a few questions and they responded very quickly even during off-business hours.

Once we got the EV, the charger worked like a charm.
