They did a great job previously with the charger installation, so I called them up again for help to install 2 outdoor outlets. They were quick to respond and the job was clean. They were also very cautious about COVID and always had their mask on when talking.

A++ work! Wesley, Michael, and Chris have done excellent work at my home over the years. (This review is way overdue.) Alina is also very efficient in the office. They have a great team and its obvious they all take pride in their work. They have installed ceiling fans including rewired up to code, updated my electrical box, installed recessed lights, and changed my electrical outlets. Most recently Chris just replaced my bathroom fan and added ground wiring to an outlet. Michael updated an outlet for my electrical stove last year and I liked how clean and detailed he worked. I would recommend Alley Electric to anyone who is looking for excellent service. S. PENA

I have called him up twice now. The guy is very responsive. His pricing is more than fair. Arrives on time, wears his mask. Does great work. What more can you ask for. If you need something electric, call him up, email, yelp, he responds to all of them promptly.

This is an overdue review for work done in 2017. The work involved installing a few ceiling fans (with fixtures, as there were none prior) and light fixtures. Starting from the initial quote stage, the service was extremely professional and polite. Wesley came in for an initial inspection, and then sent a detailed quote. He communicated clearly what their end of the work would not cover (such as patching the holes they needed to cut in the drywall). His staff arrived on time and promptly completed the job with good workmanship.
I will certainly use their services again.

Alley Electric helped us to upgrade our main electrical panel (property near WarmSpring Bart area). The entire crew from the Owners to the crew were very professional, thorough with excellent follow ups. We never have to guess what will be next as they informed us ahead of time.
They did not waste too much time while on-site. Job was performed with speed, quality and thorough clean-up with excellent communication.
Their rate for the scope of work was very reasonable. And we were very confident Wesley and Team would do an excellent job for us. Many Thanks.
We highly recommend AlleyElectric.
(Note : we suggest using PG&E's service for the trenching, if required. With this, No confusion whether trenching meeting City's spec).

After consulting and getting quotes from a few electrical companies we hired Alley Electric to rewire and upgrade the entire electrical of our home. The owner of the company, Wesley, was very patient and answered all of our questions regarding the project. This was a large job that took two weeks to complete. It is important to note that the company workers followed strict PPE protocols while in our home. This was very much appreciated as we had children in home while they were working. Chris was our main contact on the project He was very professional and took the time to explain exactly what was planned day after day. He gave us constant updates on the status of the project. We really appreciated his strong work ethic and the pride that he took in his work. We were very happy with the final result. It's amazing how new outlets, light switches, ceiling lights and recessed lighting really improve the feel and look of a room. We would highly recommend Alley Electric's services to our friends and family.

I had contacted Alley Electric for light fixtures and ceiling fan installation. I had Wesley come in for a quote and Chris to do the installation for me. Chris was very professional - arrived on time, wore shoe covers , gloves and mask. He made sure the installation was the way I wanted. Will definitely go with them for future installations.

Alley electric is higher priced than others. Alena, who i spoke with, returned my call immediately. She asked me for pictures and she was so helpful. Her promptness to my question had me go with Alley. One other company i contacted was very slow to answer my question. He was $200 less but wasnt attentive to my questions.
Jordan was the electrician who came out to install my nema outlet for my Tesla charger. It took him about an hour. He was on time, wore a mask and very customer service friendly. He did a great job. The reason for 4 stars is due to pricing, otherwise i would have given 5 stars. The install was simple. Did not need to run any cables across the garage since it was placed right under my subpanel. 1 hr of work cost me $600. I think that is steep. Nonetheless i am happy to have my charger outlet i can plug in. What a convenience. Thank you alena and jordan.

This review has been long over due! I reached out to Alley Electric to get our doorbell replaced. He was super accommodating, professional, fast and COVID compliant. I was very happy with the results and I would recommend this company to everyone!

I just completed two projects with Alley Electric, and I can't say enough good things about them. The first project was a small one, installing a nest doorbell and swapping a duplex outlet to a quad. Jordan came out, mask on, gave a quote, and was able to schedule the work for later that week. Jordan and Chris came back showed up on time, got the job done, in and out within an hour or two, no mess, no fuss.
The second project was a larger one, where we installed 10 recessed lights, 6 in our living room, 4 in our bedroom. Scheduling this job was a little more tricky since it would require them to be here for about 6 hours, but again, Jordan and Chris arrived on time, and got the job done. One thing to note, and they do mention this on their quote, as well as in person, that they will likely need to cut holes, and they do not do drywall patchwork. You'll need to get someone else to handle that, but thankfully Wes was able to provide us with a great recommendation.
