I called them for an estimate on an electrical job. The nearest appointment was 2 weeks out. A bit of a wait, but I waited. They came out and looked at the job and said the ""office"" would email out a bit. After not hearing anything for several days I email them. Lori said I would get bid on Friday or Monday at the latest. Yet nothing ever showed up. Then on Tuesday morning I received this ""Monday are extremely busy for us so I apologies for this delayed response. Janice is in the process of getting the proposals completed today.
We will email it to you by the end of the day"". It is now a week past Tuesday and have heard nothing back and already have to work completed by another electrical company. Alegri never got back to me.

Recent storms brought down a large tree that took out the PG&E feed from the pole, as well as my electric panel, meter and weather head at the house. When I called Allegri Electric they took over. They repaired all the damage as well as coordinated with PG&E and City Planning to have me back up and running in a couple of days! I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. I thought I had a small electrical problem. My son, visiting from Texas, tried to replace one double switch and install a GFCI outlet but decided that the old wiring in my house was beyond his experience. So we called an electrician who wanted to replace the whole electrical panel and all the outlets and switches in one area of my house. I decided I needed a second opinion. I got Allegri's name from Riverside Lighting. And I am so glad I did.

Talked to Lori in the office and she sent Nick out. It turned out the only thing I needed was a competent electrician to do the original job. One hour later, my electrical problems were solved.

Thank you Allegri Electric! We had a couple of electrical problems and we kept putting off searching for a reputable electrician, because of a previously hired electrician who just made our electrical issues worse. Luckily, a friend recommended Allegri Electric and now I know why. They sent out Scott who arrived on schedule and within an hour, fixed our two electrical problems. We needed some electrical work done in order to accommodate solar panels we're planning to put in and called Allegri Electric because we try to use local, family businesses whenever possible. Nick came out and walked us through what we'd need, listening to and addressing each of our concerns and patiently answering all of our questions.

When the work was to be done, Tony and Jordan showed up on time and began work. As the day progressed, Tony asked questions to be sure he was on track and doing what we wanted. He continued to check in throughout the day making sure that each step of the work was exactly what we wanted done. He was cheerful, professional and, I can't stress this enough, concerned about aesthetics in a way that most workers are not. He made sure that wires were routed in a technically correct manner but what struck me most is that he was as concerned as I was with how they would look. He even took the time to run wires under the house in order to avoid having them show outside. He also managed to figure out how to mount our outside light fixtures in a way that I was told by another electrician couldn't be done and now it functions and looks so much better than it did before.

I am more pleased with the work done by Tony and Jordan than with any other work we've had done on our house in the 25 years we've owned it.

They are very nice, they do good work.
However, if you use them be sure to see what you are being billed for before they leave.
They do not accept payment when the job is completed - you are billed later.
So if there is a discrepancy in time or materials it is your word against the electricians.

Called Friday night regarding an after hours emergency. Our tenant was without power and we were having difficulties finding and electrician who would come out on a weekend. Tony answered the after hours number and stated it would not be a problem to meet me on site at 9:00 Saturday morning. Unfortunately, he never showed up, didn't answer his cell, never called to say he wouldn't make the meeting. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
