I called Allegiance Electric to install outdoor color changing wall lights. Joseph arrived the next day and installed the 2 I asked for quickly. He then noticed I had an extra one from the kit and suggested I install it in the back yard. He knocked that one out for me with ease. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and I will be calling Allegiance back for future electrical needs.

We have used Allegiance Electric two separate times now. The first time was for two full circuits and several new outlets. This past time was trouble shooting some GFCIs that just wouldn't reset. Elmor did a great job and spent time to troubleshoot. Ultimately he found it and made the fix. He was prompt, professional, personable, and left the area super clean.

Called and they could schedule me in within a couple days - they then called a few hours before they had arranged and were able to come out sooner than scheduled. Cool! The tech, Elmer, did some serious trouble shooting and found the problem and got it resolved and all buttoned up in a very reasonable time. As a 35 year landlord for 50+ units in the past I'd call myself pretty competent - it took awhile for me to actually break down and call in outside help. In this case I'm glad I did. Elmer solved the problem I couldn't, fixed it, and the cost was very reasonable. You want to find folks in the trades that you can trust - feel like I did here. I'll use Allegiance again -
