I highly recommend ALLCOM Electric and Solar. David Hartman and his crew led by Juan did a great job installing 23 Q Cell solar panels and and Enphase inverter. The installers were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up each day. At this moment I am not using any energy from PG&E. You can count on ALLCOM to do and excellent job.

AllCom did a complete re-wire and new electrical panel on our home. While David seemed knowledgeable and professional, his crew was young and inexperienced. On the first day of cutting holes for can lights, rat droppings and sawdust fell from the attic all over my kitchen. They left without any attempt to clean up. Over the course of 2 weeks at our home there were COUNTLESS mistakes and damages, rarely cleaning up after themselves or acknowledging damages. One guy almost blew himself up when he plugged the wrong thing into the outside circuit panel, sending sparks flying everywhere. We experienced lights turning off or on randomly (master closet light would come on when hallway bath light was turned on) which they came back twice to resolve and found problems with crossed wires in the attic. We still continue to have tripped circuits and one light continues to come on randomly but I can't bring myself to call them out again. Perhaps they should stick to solar because I would NEVER recommend this company for a major electric job.

We had a great experience with David Hartman at Allcom Electric & Solar! I'd bought a flush mount ceiling light to add to our existing lights in our garage. I called David on a Monday and he had two electricians out to our house Wednesday morning. They took the time to mount it exactly where I wanted it in a clean and professional manner. They also offered a free quote to add solar to our house but I said not at this time. So they said to let them know if I changed my mind. Not pushy at all, which I appreciated! If you're looking for a reliable electrical contractor we definitely recommend Allcom.

I loved how when they arrived, the owner David, came to the door wearing his mask, the other employees waited in the truck. Every morning he showed up like clock work and left every evening with everything picked up the best he could (it's construction, so there's always a little mess), and questions I had, he answered for me, and if I had changes along the way, he would gladly give his opinion and suggestions, if it went that route, we would discuss the cost at that time. There were NO HIDDEN charges. I would highly recommend David and his crew. They are respectful, on time and the communication is awesome!

David is very knowledgeable and was very thorough designing our solar system in order to work harmoniously with a battery storage system, being provided by a different vendor/installer.

We compared other offers for solar panels and inverter, and David was competitive with all of them. His proposal added many details that others left out, and the system is ""overbuilt"" with a more advanced inverter so the batteries can store energy and then release during peak hours, or keep the well pumping when PGE shuts down the grid.

The process has been seamless thus far, and I expect it to be this way through completion.

The company did a phenomenal job installing a 6kW solar system for my house in Granite Bay. I've interviewed a number of companies. I feel like Allcom was the most honest and was the only company not trying to up-sell me unnecessary equipment. They recommended the best quality system that was affordable and offered the best bang for my buck. I was impressed with their communication, follow-up, and attention to detail. Kudos to Mark for giving me a great deal, and Jose and his team doing the installation. They would always arrive exactly on time and completed the job exactly when they said they would and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The guys at Allcom are awesome. Every one of the guys were very friendly, explained at every step what they were doing and did excellent quality work. The panels look good and so does the electronic box on the side of the house. They made the transition to solar easy. I highly recommend this company.
