Though Yelp arranged for someone to come out and do an evaluation on a main line that has continually backed up. Was supposed to be a 65 fee and they would give flat rate to fix my problem. Tech came out and tried to up sell my wife on a annual a/c program for $189, and told her they would need to do 350 in repairs/service to let us know what the problem was, and then tell us how much to fix it. My wife paid him the 65 to get him to leave. I called in to express my frustration, about how what was arranged was not what happened. After a brief conversation with the manager, where they spent the time trying to justify the charges, they offered to just send someone else out to do what should have been done in the first place. While this may have actually got me what I what I originally wanted, which is a quote to complete a job, I did not have them come back out, as do not think I would have this company do the job for me.

Matt was very friendly and was thorough when he explained the work that was needed to be done. He knew before showing up that they weren't going to be able to do the work for us but he still showed up to explain the issues. He was one hour late to our appointment but things happen! Overall it would've been very easy going to work with Matt. I appreciate his due diligence.

These guys are AMAZING! I just appreciate their friendliness, and thoroughness. They tell you what may be wrong with your unit or just simply ways to make things more efficient. Repairs (unless warranted) is never a hard sale. More like a ""here's what could make your unit work better"" but not pushy at all. Any questions? Just ask and they will answer...or find solutions. :) seriously just a great company!

I've used Allbritten for 18 years now. Keal came to service my AC last week to get us ready for the hot summer months ahead. He was punctual and courteous, he has serviced my AC at least twice now. Great job! Will have them do a check for winter.

We had water leaking from our water heater. Live in Madera Ranchos. Called at 9 am, plumber here by 10 am. Very friendly, knowledgeable, great at explaining how to use the replacement water heater. Quality of work excellent. Highly recommend!

Rick came to do maintenance on our cooling system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He told us what he would be doing and said he would check everything thoroughly. He cleaned the system and ended up having to replace the capacitor. It was obvious that Rick knew what he was doing, he had integrity, and we trusted him to do what needed to be done.

Our family has always used Allbritten since we've moved to our house over 30 years ago. And the company has ALWAYS served us well. Every service person demonstrated professionalism during every service call.

I have had issues with my HVAC ever since their lazy technician came out to ""service"" my unit. He was rude and cut corners by literally shoving the wrong size filter in. The filter was FIVE INCHES TOO LONG, and because it was the wrong size it got sucked up and put strain on my unit!! Allbritten refused to take responsibility and only offered to repair half of the problem with free labor. I had to pay for the part. Now a few months later, my unit just quit on me again. I would stay far far away from these people if you want to avoid expensive issues in the future! I'm considering calling my lawyer.

Our heater went out last night, Feb 15, so called Allbritten this am as they helped us in 2015, and they did great work. I was able to get an appointment between 2 and 6. 4:00 they call, the technician is on his way. The technician, Ian, diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes! Explained the issue: the blower in our 30 y/o heater had burned out. He called the office and they actually had the part, but he had to get it. After about 15 minutes, he had replaced the part, and we again had heat! Ian was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but great conversationalist, polite, and friendly. Can't thank him enough!!!

I would bypass This company . Had a gentleman come out to fix my heater from intermittently turning off and blowing cold air and to install new dampers. 1300 dollars later I was told the problem was fixed . Now ten days later my heater is back to turning off so I called for them to come out again ... now apparently it's advised to just get a whole new furnace , I just bought a new AC condenser to which the salesman told me I should sell on EBay because it's crap .. all because it's not the one brand they try to sell you, which is Carrier.
When I wrote to customer service he explained I am having a ""separate"" issue . Nope not a separate issue , the same issue that his first tech should have fixed and didn't. I had heard that allbritten was expensive but was ok with that to get quality work , turns out they are just expensive . Now Dave has to discuss with the two technicians to see if a refund will be granted . A complete waste of money and they try to sell you everything under the sun ... obviously they work off commission. No impressed
