They never came out to give me a quote, so I can't comment on their work. However, I spoke to their office once and was told they were four weeks out which was fine. Weeks later, no call. I later left two voicemails but never heard back. I give up, I'll give my business to someone who at least cares enough to return my calls and tell me what's up.

Tragically bad customer service. Like cliché contractor bad.

Tried to schedule an appointment for an estimate. When the date and time for the appointment came, no one showed up and I didn't get a call or text or anything to explain what happened. I had to call and then call again to reschedule the estimate. Someone finally came to do an estimate (this is more than 3 weeks after my initial call). He told me they would email me an estimate. A week later...still no estimate. I called (again) and was assured I'd have an estimate after the weekend.

What a surprise. Two weeks later and I still have no estimate with no call or follow up.

While I can't comment on their electrical work, if it's anything like their customer service, stay away!
