Had trouble with plumbing. We thought we were going to have to have thousands of dollars for repair. A technician came over and fixed everything. He was courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. Cost under $500 for everything.
Another time I called. I missed the appt time, was not home. I called them and profusely apologized and they were able to come back within about a half hour.

ATS has begun padding their labor bills - a lot! When questioned, their usually communicative staff, consistently fails to respond. I no longer recommend using them.

The shower valves in both of our bathrooms were leaking badly and needed to be replaced. All Trade Services sent Mike the plumber out the next day and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave me an estimate on the spot. He then made a trip to the local hardware stores, bought the need parts, and installed them to fix the problem. I'm going to call All Trades back and make an appointment to have Mike do another job for us next week! We are happy customers!

We had Mike come out on our first plumbing problem last July. He had found the problem in no time. Had the problem fixed in no time. He was out today for another plumbing problem. Again he was thorough and fast to get the job done. If you don't use All trades' services you should. When you do ask for Mike to be the one to do the job. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing for being as young as he is. Also very polite and respectful. He is certainly an asset to the company. Thank you.

had your tech come out after hours on 4/18 for 2 issues(tub drain spilling out and to install a downstairs shower valve) he told me drain was fine water overflowed next day. he did cap off the shower so i could use the rest of house plumbing.he told me he would leave a work order with office and they would call me(tuesday) never did. i called wednesday was told dispatcher was out for day they would call back..its sunday and no call. thank you so much for your promptness..i had to fix myself and out over $300..not a happy camper

Our company searched from Sacramento to Eugene to find someone to come repair the lights on our billboard and lo and behold Jake and his team at All Trade Services stepped up to the job and got it done! Can't say enough about this great team :-) kind professional on time and even though they anticipated the job to take two days they stayed late and got it done in one! We had a broken toilet valve at our retail store that suddenly started leaking and flooding the bathroom floor, and within an hour of my phone call to Jamie at the All Trade office, Mike from All Trade showed up at our shop (despite originally being told by Jamie she probably wouldn't be able to schedule someone to come for at least another 24 hours, so it was an awesome surprise - thanks Jamie!). Within a half hour Mike not only replaced the broken valve, but then he also went outside and turned the main back on (which saved us a call to the City), and then also found and fixed the cause for another problem affecting the toilet. The entire time, Mike was super professional, friendly and explained all the issues clearly and concisely. Wow, as good as it gets. You guys rock!!

I have used All Trade for a couple of projects around my house. They do good work as long as you have the $$$. Unfortunately I think they are taking on more than they can handle these days. I've been waiting 27 days for a quote to attaching a generator to the well, which is very timely and important due to fire season.
