Kenny grew up surrounded by the air conditioning trade. By 11, he was already shadowing his father on jobs, ready to lend a hand. Over the next seven years, he absorbed knowledge and skills. In 1983, Kenny's entrepreneurial spirit drove him to start his own venture. He got his contractor license, acquired tools, and bought a truck to kick off his business. At 28, he was operating out of his garage.

Those early days were challenging, but Kenny persevered through word of mouth. He showed up on time, performed well, and had a great attitude.
