Our Journey Begins
Kenny's upbringing was steeped in the air conditioning business. At just 11 years old, he was riding along with his dad on jobs, doing what he could. During the following seven years, he listened, watched, and learned. In 1983, Kenny's entrepreneurial spirit drove him to start his own venture. He secured a contractor's license, collected tools, and purchased a truck to get started. He was just 28 and working from his garage at that time.

Those initial days were difficult, but Kenny relied on good word of mouth. He arrived on schedule, did excellent work, and was well-liked. Then in 1989, he encountered a prominent figure in the home service sector, who mentored him for the next eight years. And the rest, as they say, is history.
