Brian and his team were Fantastic!!!! They were professional, quick and did a great job! We installed an antique chandelier that my husband couldn't do himself. Also we had them in install directional lighting for an art piece. Also some other things, we were very happy.

We had a problem with our electrical system after using equipment that overloaded our system. The outlets no longer worked and new tenants were moving in the following day. We had lost power to the water heater and AC. It was a bad day.

Brian totally, I mean totally bailed us out. He came over the same day, pretty quickly diagnosed a complicated problem that had stumped my contractor and fixed it. He is like a Sherlock Holmes of electricity. He clearly knows what he is doing.

If you want quality and peace of mind with your electrical needs, you need look no further than this company.

I asked Brian to 1) mount two of my TVs, 2) purchase and mount a Sonos sound bar, 3) terminate eight ethernet cables, 4) purchase and install two Apple TVs, and 5) purchase a server rack and move my media equipment into it.

I received a fair quote - some of the equipment prices in the quote were lower than what I could find on Amazon - and it included 6 hours of labor for each of two crew members. I hired him.

He and his crew did not understand how to power the outlets near my media cabinets, so they spent four of those hours doing nothing but powering them. Brian argued that it was an unforeseen difficulty, but he came to inspect our house a few days before the crew arrived, so in my opinion it was his responsibility to identify it and work it into his labor estimate.

It looked like he was going to overshoot his labor estimate by a lot, so I asked him to do only (1), (2), and (4). I handled (3) and (5) myself. It took him twelve hours times two workers, resulting in twenty-four billed hours, to do three of five jobs.

I'm satisfied with the work he did mounting my TVs and sound bar, but I'm extremely unhappy with his inaccurate labor estimate, his inability to foresee minor hurdles, and his lack of willingness to compromise when invoiced amounts are vastly higher than quotes. There were also some smaller issues: the job ended up taking two days instead of one, and he didn't have all the cables he needed to finish the job on day one even if the job had gone to plan.

Anyway, those are the facts of the job I asked him to do. My qualitative feeling, though, is that I can't trust the guy to advise me on more complex or expensive projects. I was going to ask him to install some in-ceiling speakers but decided to go elsewhere.

We are out of the are homeowners and our tenant was having power outage at our house. We called All-Tek and they provided such professional and secure service for us. They obtained permits, contacted energy company, obtained stucco company for house repair etc without us having to come down to the area. The energy company had some faulty work and All-Tek diagnosed the problem and followed up for us with the energy company. All-Tek went above and beyond with service. I would highly recomend All-Tek. They are without a doubt a very professional company with quality service.

We used all-tek to install an 82 inch TV and sonos sound bar. Our experience with Brian and his team was really stellar. Brian came to our house (in the evening after the kids were asleep) to do a quick run through of what we needed. Two days later he had two of his employees come out to do the install. They were super nice and did a great job. Would use them again for other AV needs.

We used All-Tek 7 years ago and finally threw out all of the equipment today. We were sold a home audio system that was more complex and expensive than we needed, the installer team was inexperienced and the system never worked properly. I would not use them again under any circumstances.

They used to be a 4-5 star in my books and have used them a few times in the past. This time we were doing a TV/media upgrade and Rose (owner's wife) made it sound like Brian (owner) was a media genius so we decided to hire them to do the work.
We had our media cabinet built and told our builder to make the TV area to fit 60"" TV. We had Brian come in a do an initial consult as to what kind of TV and other media components we should get. He saw, measured, consulted. His techs came and started to do the work and came to find out the TV and soundbar was just a bit small for the space. Brian came back and made excuses about how the builder should've consulted them before putting in the cabinet, etc.
What I don't understand is he himself was there looking at the space when he came for the consult!!! (Banging my head...)
So they had to come back and reinstall the TV and soundbar (which is not where we initially talked about but we had no choice by to move it). They came back to add our Apple TV (which was forgotten about in the initial install) and the Wii (original cable was too short).
During that time I had given the techs the check from the first invoice and they in turn gave it to Brian when he arrived. Somehow the check has now been misplaced and we have a uncashed check floating around. (Worried about check fraud considering all of our information is on there)
Then Brian came one evening to help us set up the universal remote he sold us on. At that time he said he would discount our work so we cut him another check right on the spot.
I recently received an invoice stating that the first invoice was past due. I called Rose to explain what happened and that she should check with her husband.
Then we received another invoice for the remaining work done without the discounted price we had already gave Brian a check for.
I spoke to Rose regarding this matter and she kept insisting that they had no received the check from the initial invoice. I kept reiterating that her husband had it and whether they lost it or not is not my issue. Had she been apologetic initially about misplacing the check and asked if we could send her another check, I might not have been so upset. But instead, she basically told me not to get upset about the misunderstanding and I have to say, I am really disappointed with their unprofessional attitude. (Later she sent an email apologizing after I had lost my mind going back and forth with her...)
I know we won't be using them again...incompetent and rude. Not one I would want to deal with.

Everything on the work order was accomplished efficiently, and exactly as promised.

Both technicians were courteous, efficient, and made this easy for our family.

Having all the work completed within one work day was a major plus.

This is the third project that Geo (spelling?) has successfully completed for us.
The kitchen and recessed lighting projects were completed this summer
while my wife was away on the East Coast.

Do not use All-Tek Electric. They came out and did an investigation, charged $85 for a service call but did not follow up with a diagnosis or quote after multiple calls. They manage to charge for no service. Very frustrated with their lack of follow through. I would discourage anyone from using them.
