This family-owned and run electrical business was recommended to me by a friend. The only thing I can recommend is that you stay away from them. Here's my experience.

I had All Tek come to my house (approx 15 miles from their shop). I had them hook up my outdoor spa to an already existing outside 220 outlet, troubleshoot the electrical system and replace one of the electrical motors.

It took over three weeks to get the work done. It was done satisfactorily but cost an exorbitant $960. The bill states ""1 spa circulatory motor w/kit, rewire disconnect, troubleshoot complete spa.""
1 year guarantee parts and labor, $960. I requested a breakout of parts and labor over the following 2 and 1/2 months and was assured they were ""working on it."" It still has not been received.

I talked to the supplier of the motor and he said they paid $200 for it. Even if All Tek doubled the cost of the motor to $400 and then charged me $100 an hour ($560) that means they spent over 5 hours working on my spa?!!! I don't think so.

My repeated requests for a breakout of the charges have been denied. I know they took advantage of me and cannot be trusted to charge a fair price for their work. DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU...THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!
