My husband contacted Charles this afternoon and he stopped by the same day to fix a number of electrical problems we had around the house. Chuck was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed a broken outlet under our sink and a couple lighting issues around the house. Very pleased with his prompt, friendly and reasonably priced services. Will definitely call him again!

Chuck is a great guy who really cares about his clients. I called for a problem that my tenants were having with an electrical outlet. He advised on testing to do to see if the problem could be resolved without a visit. I knew then that I could trust him. He talked me through all of the possibilities and explained everything clearly and succinctly. Within 2 hours, he made his way to my home and addressed the problem. I called and left a voice mesage that I needed my furnace pilot light re-lit. I also sent a text. Chuck responded to my text message within 1/2 an hour. He was actually closed for the day but he did return my text message that he was not able to come out perform furnace service because he is booked through mid January. I do appreciate the fact that Chuck had the professional decency to promptly reponse to my messages.

Chuck really saved the day for us. We initially called him to help out with some electrical work, which he completed really quickly and thoroughly. He explained the issue and the fix and then fixed it.

From there, our conversation turned to an issue we were having with installing a new dishwasher. He changed his plans for the day to stay and help us install the new dishwasher. Again he was thorough and really put in quality work. We'll definitely be calling him next time we have a need. He's also a very nice, relatable guy.

Five stars for a zero dollar solution to a somewhat perplexing electrical problem. I sent a message to Charles about some perplexing outlet problems we were having and missing breaker. He was able to solve the problem for me without coming out.

I have 2 outlets in the kitchen that stopped working, so I asked for quotes from local electricians for a house call.
Charles from All Systems replied back in just 23 minutes on a Thursday evening, and offered a suggestion to reset the GFCI switch on the outlets, or if they weren't GFCI, to reset nearby GFCI outlets as many are often connected together.
I tried that and it worked! Charles was very polite and helpful, and helped me solve a common problem without needing a house call after all.

My tub was beginning to leak where it joins with the tub door, so I called various places for quotes, but Chuck was the only one who asked meaningful questions about my dilemma and was able to give me a thorough and accurate run-through of what the repair job would entail. From this I gathered that he is a detail-oriented person who is expert at what he does, which was later confirmed to be true by the wonderful results of his work. For example, he did his research by reading through the manual for the exact model tub that I had and followed the directions to a tee on what type adhesive to use, something that the previous homeowner's handyman neglected to do obviously. One of my tub doors had a handle that was falling out of place and he even fixed that, so it literally felt like I came home to a brand new tub.

Another thing I appreciated was how careful he was with moving things around and keeping things clean, because I imagine working with tubs and leaks can get messy but I came home to a perfectly clean and tidy bathroom. Chuck is also extremely thoughtful and respectful-- without being asked he took off his shoes when entering the house. He's also very kind and cheery with his words, which makes a world of a difference when dealing with the stress of things breaking down in the house.

I've already recommended him to friends and family and would call him up again should something else need fixing in the future. Quality handymen really are rare to come by these days.

I texted to get help on an electrical issue and he responded very quickly. While he could not help me himself, he was willing to contact his backup electrician to set something up for me. I ended up having another electrician who was able to come, but I appreciated Chuck's willingness to help very much. A+ attitude and service. I will certainly call him in the future for needs that arise.

A couple of years ago I had a new front door put in. After 4 visits the installer could not get the deadbolt to line up correctly, and the door knob did not latch correctly. A strong wind came one night and completely blew the door open and left a big hole where the latch was. I contacted Chuck and he was able to get the dead bolt to work correctly and fix the large hole for the latch. I am very pleased to finally have a front door that works well.

He also installed two light fixtures in my bathrooms, fixed a drawer that would not work correctly and fixed my magnetic back screen door so it could again latch.

He made it all look easy, but for someone else it would probably be more difficult.

I am so happy I found Chuck on Yelp and he does great work!

When I first met with Chuck, I was very happy to discover what an easy person he was to talk to and discuss options for my two big projects. One was re-hanging a very heavy door and one was creating and installing a mantle for my living room. He worked very hard to create exactly what I was looking for. Chuck is easy to communicate with, polite, straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest. I also had a few smaller things that needed taking care of and Chuck took care of these very professionally. Every part of Chuck's work is very well done.
