I use to love shopping here but ever since Eder left and Danny's son has been there, customer service has gone down. No more knowledgeable staff. prices have gone up. I went there today to get help on some LED modules I purchased there a year or 2 ago (keep in mind LED modules have a 5 year warranty) they got defensive and claimed I didn't purchase from them. I was like wow after shopping there for so many years with no complaints and now that I have a valid complaint they dont want to help.

The owner is ignorant when it comes to the product he's selling.
I drove 15 minutes to buy weather resistant and tamper resistant receptacles. I repeated it to him several times. I asked if he had at least 10. He told me he had more than a thousand. Once again I repeated specifically what I needed. He assured me he had them.WELL HE DIDN'T!
He tried to sell me something else at a lower cost but quadruple the price of what I needed.
What a freakin moron!
Don't wast your time and money to buy from this a hole!

Called to order a couple ceiling brackets for a flush mount Lutron occupancy sensor. The employee answers the phone ""All Star"" He didn't say his name clearly, upon asking his name he responded ""what do you need"". Moving on,,, upon explaining the product description and model number they would call me back with the price; nearly 3 hours went by, he did call me with a $$$ $$$ he said it would be ""ABOUT"" $20 per bracket (which is nearly twice the average retail price) Will not give them my business even though I have other projects going on. It was an unprofessional business practice, for which reason I took my business elsewhere and within a half hour how the products ordered for approximately $12.50/ ea. Seriously, you're in the wrong kind of work if you don't have passion. Any job that's worth doing is worth doing well or you will be pushing pencils the rest of your life.

I called them talked to a guy he was great. I called back a few days later talked to a woman she was rude had a attitude and then had nerve to tell she was the stupivisor then hung up. I called back and she hung up again. Folks please save yourself time and trouble leave these idiots along I still have not received my refund. I also e mailed Google checkout and have not herd a word from them beware get your money and the heck with you.
