There are a few professional folks we need in life. Some you must demand the best. Your Pilot, your Doctor, and certainly your Electrician. Bob and Adan at All Star Electric are THE professionals you should demand for your electrical needs. My home needed its 1969 electrical systems updated as well as a Tesla wall charger installed. Adan was exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable. He pulled all permits to update my service from 100 amps to 200 amps, and coordinated with CPS and Shavano Park. Bob is the most talented and caring electrician I have ever seen. I will sleep soundly knowing that Bob updated my home! I strongly recommend All Star for any electrical needs you may have.

I highly recommend All Star Electric. They were the first Electrician I spoke that was more concerned about the problem, and tried to troubleshoot on the phone than simply dispatching someone. Instead, they figured out what my problem was over the phone and it was resolved. No expensive diagnostic, just a solution. On August 28th, All Star Electric called to inform me my master electrician had finished his first job early and offered to start my job 2 hours ahead of schedule. This worked out well for me since I had delayed leaving for work so I could review the job details with the technician. The job proceeded quickly and thoroughly as planned. In fact, the only observation I noted for my Bob, my technician was the surprise that after collecting several bids to have an EV charging station installed, All Star Electric did not especially promote this service on their website nor did they try to up-sell / cross-sell other services I did not ask for...cudos. Yet, they were responsive to taking care of some small addon requests for me while onsite.
Overall, my experience with All Star Electric was positive. The end result was as I envisioned and the site was left as clean or better than before. Although, there is usually no repeat visit required for this type of job, I would confidently contact All Star Electric again for any of the other residential services offered on their website. Great at keeping me updated on arrival time, showed up on time, was quick clean an efficient. Tesla recommended them to install my charger and it was very comforting have a technician that was familiar with the Tesla charger. Pricing was very fair as well. Oh, and they were able to schedule my appointment ASAP. Highly recommended.
