This company is a fraud. Terrible customer service. The technician, James Robinson is fraud. Do not use this company. James led me to believe that he could fix my light switches. Then told my warranty company that it was not normal wear and tear and my claim was denied. If you're using a light switch everyday yes it is regular wear and tear. I expected more from this company. Shame on all of them. If I could give negative stars trust me I would.

Fraud electrician. James was absolutely useless. Did no diagnosis of current to the fixtures and just wrote up a report saying it is not covered and we need to simply replace the fixture. I had another electrician confirm that the wiring did not have current. Wiring is explicitly covered in the contract but they way this James guy wrote it up the company decided not to provide coverage. First American Home Warranty and their contractors like All Spark are all frauds. I hope they go bankrupt and are sued to oblivion.

James was amazing. He came in and fixed my problem quick. He knew how to figure out what was wrong and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend All Spark Electric just for their amazing service.

If I could give negative stars I would, my warranty company sent this shitty company to my house and the LEAD electrician James is very unprofessional in person and on the phone, doesn't even try to figure out what's going on. Allspark is just out for the money! Then trying to get them back out to do the job and having to deal with there scheduling girls.... Don't bother they are all rude and unprofessional as well!!!! I called and ask to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 5 minutes all just to be told the manager is not available, so I asked for a call back and never received anything!!! THE JOB NEVER GOT DONE BY THEM! Do yourself a favor and fight with your warranty company to give you a different contractor because Allspark is GARBAGE!!!!

A simple ceiling fan repair. Technician James showed up said it needed a special part...said they would follow up. Never heard back, had to call and was told no notes were left, they would check with Technician and call me back. Never heard back, contacted home warranty co. was told that James said it was a broken chain due to pulling it too hard, which was not true. Home warranty of course does not cover that. I'm out a service fee and will not be a return customer!!

I should have came here to look for reviews before I let them into my home. My warranty company sent them and I set up an appointment with them. That should have been my first warning when I made appointment, just for them to call back the next day to reschedule. The technician showed up for 10 minutes said there's nothing wrong. Told me it could be stainless steel appliances are affecting sensitive circuit breakers and there's nothing we can do but reset if they trip. Then I got a report from the warranty company stating there was a circuit breaker failure due to lack of capacity. The technician never said this. I even asked him if it had anything to do with the circuit breaker and he said no, yet that's what he reported to warranty company. When I contacted them, they told me that's what he wrote in their report.... and I could call them to come repair those issues. Why would I ever call All Spark when they lie to my face and expect me to pay for repairs that are not needed. Stay away from All Spark Electric!
