What can I say ""He is the very best electrician I have come across.""
I found Rene (owner) to be full of knowledge, very experienced from a small to the more larger complicated jobs. It's very difficult to find a straight shooter who understands and meets the customer's expectations.
While doing some work at my house (before I moved in), Rene was never late, he showed up every time he said he was. He offered some great insights and is very hard working at resolving any and all issues. He is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. I found his price to be very reasonable.

Found Rene, the owner, through a Home Depot referral Service. He gave a free estimate for a complicated installation job in one apartment and then diagnosed and fixed a burnt out outlet in another. He is licensed and thorough. A lot of electricians and handymen (handypeople?) hook things up but who knows what they are really doing and half of it is not to code. So much of the electric in L.A. is patch jobs on 1920's era systems. For some reason, I have had trouble finding an electrician for various properties but Rene is now my go-to guy.
