Tom hung my ceiling fan with extension pole in my kitchen on a Saturday night. I had an old one from the 70s or so and replaced it with a new one that has a dimming function and a wireless remote (that I got at Home Depot). He was able to come the same day I called. Other handymen were not available. Tom came after his previous appointment. He explained what he needed to do, what he was doing and how it worked. My fan works great and it is really strong. It doesn't wobble. Tom is very kind and personable. I recommend All Service Handyman And Electric and will use them again.

I spoke with Tom yesterday who seemed genuine and so I decided to ignore the less than wonderful reviews that suggested he was flakey/unreliable. We had an appointment for today, he said he would call me if anything changed.

The time for the appointment has now passed. I have tried to contact him but the phone just goes to voicemail directly.


edited to add: got ahold of him (same day) and he apologized and assured me he could assist me...he said he had phone troubles earlier and had to replace his phone.

Edited to add: his service is five star, very clean, efficient, and friendly! Outside of the communication and timing issues very good experience...and despite those issues I would still use this service again

He's nice at the begining and answered phone and text pretty quick. We setup an appoint but he just no show. I trid to call him, text him, no response at all.

I'm a filmmaker and find it really hard to find Electricians willing to look at my hi powered lights. Tom was up for the challenge and used his expertise to not only fix them but revamp them so they're like brand new! He came to me which saved me the trouble to going to an electrician which was even better! Then after he finished working on them, he showed me step by step every thing he did to fix them and what I need to do for maintenance. He was super thorough and professional. Highly Recommended!

Tom recently got in touch with me and explained that he had been in a car accident on the way to our house and was pretty beaten up. He offered to do work for us for free or at a deep discount, as soon as his doctor cleared him. We made an appointment for him to rescreen our windows, and he came on time as promised. He was so thorough, talented, and hardworking that we ended up paying him full price, in spite of his offer. We will be using him again when the need arises!

Tom doesn't respect people or their time.

I called to get an estimate for some work. He was pleasant to talk to on the phone, and he even confirmed our appointment with a text, saying that I was on the calendar.

On the day of our appointment, I called him earlier on to confirm our meeting, and he didn't answer. I sent him a text, and he didn't respond.

Four minutes AFTER we were supposed to meet, he texts me, saying that his job was having problems, that he was running about an hour late, and that he could call me when finished to see if I was still available. I told him that I wanted him to call, and he agreed to do so.

The work I need done is on a rental property. It's not my own home. As a consequence, I found myself sitting in an empty unit on a Friday night. Now, I guess if I was at my house I could take a nap, watch tv, do some chores, etc. However, this was not the case. I was sitting in an empty house by myself, with no furniture to even sit on. For an hour. On a Friday night.

Actually, it was more than an hour. I waited 2.5 hours for Tom to call me, and he never did.

The next day, I sent him a text in the morning asking if he was still interested in the job and if he could meet me at another time, or if his failure to call meant that he was not interested in the job. He couldn't even be bothered to respond.

Thanks a lot, Tom. I hope you treat your other customers better.

Because he did such a great job on my electrical issues, I had him back today to remove my old shower door (which was falling off). After Tom was finished removing everything, you wouldn't even know it had been there at all (except for some small holes which he filled with silicone to keep out mold). He does great work and really good clean up afterwards. Great job once again! Thanks Tom!

I highly recommend Tom! I had my kitchen remodeled and used his services to do electrical, plumbing, plaster patching, painting, flooring, and tiling. Pretty much everything but the cabinets and counters. Everything came out great. He is meticulous and does a great job at cleaning up afterwards. When I have another project, big or small, I'll be calling Tom.

Total flake. Does not return calls or show up on time. My husband contacted him about us needing a bathroom remodel. No call back no nothing. Not sure what to make of these other 5 star reviews but if you cannot call us back for a remodel that could run into double digit income for him and his crew-- how could I every refer this guy?
