** BEWARE**
USE EXTREME CAUTION BEFORE USING ALL SERVICE ELECTRIC FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL NEEDS.
Their company motto ""We'll do everything we can to make sure you're a satisfied customer too!"" Does not portray their company standards.
They will give you a price then send you a bill for more money than agreed upon. A generic description on the bill. Even after walking the job, when they send their crew out they don't have all the parts they need, so they end up standing around waiting on them to get delivered. You also have to hope they send out a healthy and motivated crew. They get paid hourly.
Even after making phone calls to attempt to resolve any issues, there seems to be very little concern on their end.
I gave one (1) star, if I could give less I would.

The WORST company, owner in Jacksonville, FL. I PAID for work over 11 years ago. I had to have the inspection code changed to get them to complete the job in 2010. NOW, there is still a lien against my property even though they were paid 2 years BEFORE work was completed. Completely unethical. Beware.

I thought I had a good electrician there for a moment. So disappointed. The first time they came out was great. They did what needed to be done and at the price they quoted. The next time however wasn't a great experience. They took the entire day and didn't finish the work. They were putting in recessed light as I asked but they cut the hole too close to the beam in the ceiling so they had to put an LED light instead of what I asked for. As such, the smaller light didn't quite fit the hole they cute so now I've gotta patch it. This cost $200 above the quote and then they had to come out the next day to finish the work and then they invoiced me an additional $337. So I was quoted $550 or something like that and ended up having to pay more than $1,000 for the work. On top of it, they didn't even install a light on the front porch which was quoted in the initial price and the light fixture they installed on the back of the house doesn't even work. So, price was twice as much for only part of the work with patch work required in the ceiling. Their friendliness is out-weighted by expensive and incomplete electrical work.

Law requires permit to be pulled before contractor starts work. They did not and refused to pull permit for job. They tried to tell me they would pull permit after they completed the job and after they were paid in full. No that is illegal. Would never hire they outfit for anything.

Very professional and efficient electricians. They were there when they said they would. Fair prices and friendly customer service.

Within ten minutes of submitting a request for information, I got a call from Ken. He couldn't have been more knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, helpful! Ken spent enough time on the phone to give me a good understanding of the scope of work involved, made some good suggestions, and even give me a rough estimate of the cost. It's still unclear whether we'll be able to proceed with this project, but if we do, All Service Electric will be the first to call.

They were fast, efficient and did a great job! We recommend them for all of your electrical renovation needs!
