Cody came out to my home to get information on providing a quote for electrical work I needed from hurricane damage. When I received the quote it was a lump sum amount that I thought was overpriced. When I asked him for a more definitive breakdown (itemization) of the amount, it was refused.
So much for the customer coming first.
Made me think they have something to hide, or they didn't need my business anyway.

All seasons AC electrical contractors put a air conditioner in for a elderly woman she's very old list by herself and they didn't level it when they put it in so now her garage was leaking and she called him to come back out here and they said they went up there in level air conditioner out and fix it and within a month it's leaking inside the house now we've called a roof or twice and he's told her that's not your roof that's your sister he went up and took pictures of it and they did not do a thing to it and they charged her $750 but she cannot afford and she's elderly this is wrong so please don't use this company the only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to rate them with a star or I couldn't write a review I wouldn't even write them a one I would have made them write them minus if I could

Called 3 times in one week, left 2 messages, 4 weeks later and still no return call yet.I thought I would support a local small business, but apparently they don't need the business. Very disappointing.

This is the 2nd time we've used this company and Cody as the tech. Knowledgeable young man- professional. Very pleased with his service and recommendations - honest on what is needed to get the job we want done.

This company has a heart. It's 90 degrees, you know they are busy, but they squeezed us in between appointments in my area, quick when they found out we were totally without air.

Told them the services I needed done. The receptionist put down the phone and started talking to the owner. They didn't realize I heard the whole conversation. She called me dumb and he was laughing at my request and called my dumb too. When I asked him why he was unprofessional he said he ""doesn't give a s*** and will laugh at the customer all he wants because he has been in business for 30 years.""

How things changed. Turns out just another dirtbag contractor not willing to step up for mistakes make by his crew. Found our meter box lock had been cut. They just so happened to be wiring my new addition and panel. This will now cost me another $150.
Horrible customer service.
I will be spreading the word!!!
