Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband and I called several times, the woman who is suppose to answer phones never answers calls or returns voice messages. We were told it would a $97 service call and we were charged for their gas and for sitting in our drive way. We were charged $240 for them to come charge our AC unit. Afterwards our AC unit began leaking. This company is unfriendly, disingenuous, and sneaky in their fees. Small town Texas charm is completely lost on them. We now have to call another company to come out an actually fix our AC unit costing us more money. I would never recommend this company to anyone. USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE.

If I could review this company and give them 0 stars I would! The lady that answers the phone is beyond rude- if you don't like what she says, she will hang up on you!

I was ""scheduled"" for a job this morning, Monday, May 13, 2019 at 8:30 A.M. I drove all the way from a Copperas Cove to Lampasas since my parents work all day so I could meet someone here. 9:00 A.M. rolled around an nobody showed up, so I called to check on status. She informed me that the tech that was scheduled to do the job fell off a ladder Friday afternoon, nobody called me this morning to inform me that the job was going to get cancel, since their hours are posted 8am-4pm.

Just save yourself the time and hassle and DO NOT mess with this company. Such a shame this ""lady"" can talk to customers the way she did.
