I wanna give a shout out to Travis and Alfredo who works for all Pro plumbing heating air conditioning and electrical. They were on time, they were very professional and friendly. They came in and got our your job done in a timely manner, they worked together like one. They came and did two replacements at my home, took the time to make sure everything was done right and that we we're satisfied with the job before they left. We were overdue for a backflow inspection at our commerical building and could not even get a return call from many vendors. Had hot water slab leak. All Pro rerouted the water line through the wall to bypass the slab leak. It was done nicely and they saved all the wall board removed to facilitate the repair. A job well done and at a very reasonable price!

I really liked the work of this co; they were timely, gave a reasonable quote and stuck by it. The actual job they did was install a bidet that required electrical access as it needs heating for seat and water flushing. When I asked for small additional service they did the work and asked a fair fee for the add-ons. I'm so glad I trusted my instincts to ask around when our contractor wanted to charge more than double for the same request. I will definitely come back to them in the future!

Wow, what can I say, I was skeptical because coming from NYC most professional plumbers are con artists and scammers. But I needed to call someone as I was unable to clear a clogged toilet with the resources that I had available to me. I called All Pro and someone took all my information, within 10 minutes a dispatcher called me back and was able to schedule a professional for the same day. My Technician was Austin. Austin was on time, polite and professional. Austin started out by learning more about theissue from me. After a little troubleshooting, Austin had a pretty good idea how to resolve my issue. Austin prepared a quote, explained my options and after my approval he went to work. My Tech cleared the clog quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and came back and discussed the job with me and his recommendations. I was really impressed how smooth this all went and l didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will be using AllPro again in the future as I felt that they do provide first class service.
