We had an issue with our doorbell wiring that kept screwing with our Ring doorbell and needed fixing. We tried to connect with our usual electricians but none were available, so we used a friends recommendation for All Pro.

The reviews here on Yelp for All Pro were not encouraging, but I decided to give it a shot because I really respected my friends opinion. And All Pro did a really nice job! They systematically went through the wierd wiring setup and located and fixed the issue. The 2 guys they sent were really nice, and they sorted everything out in a very short time. I was happy with the results.

Pricing was more than I expected to pay, but considering how well everything went, Im not going to gripe about it. All Pro gets 4 stars from me. Solid company.

They did an installation of FloLogic system in combination with the plumber. It was, at first blush, a fine installation. Turned out that one of the two control boxes that came with the unit and were installed under my desk (which was fine with me subject to the comments that follow) stopped working in a couple of seeks. I tried to trouble shoot with FloLogic and they advised that the wifi unit box was defective. However while we were troubleshooting it turned out that the under the desk installation did not take into account that to access the screw for the bottom unit was blocked by the top unit and they had puttied over the screw. They should have installed the two boxes side by side. I tried to get All Pro back for over a two week period to both install the replacement device, change the installation to a side by side set up and do other new work on the outside. I called 3-4 or more times and spoke with the answering person and ultimately the owner. I gave up this morning and replaced the bottom unit which was difficult because I had to take off the top unit and the scrape and scrape to access the screw for the bottom unit. All while crawling under a desk. They both did not install the unit taking into account a possible future need to access the bottom unit and in a two week period of time, notwithstanding 2-3 promises to get back to me, ever getting back to me. Very unsatisfactory.

We thought we had some leaks in our A/C vents and called All-Pro to have them sealed for us. They were very responsive and they came out the following morning, per my request. The technician was very professional, told us our vents actually didn't need sealing but we had a leak elsewhere. He took pictures of everything to show us what was going on. After the work was completed, he showed us photos again of what he did. Fair pricing, highly recommend and will be using them again.

They are terrible about paperwork and follow up. Took on a job beyond their capabilities and had to bring in another provider - then have not been able to follow up with proper county paperwork a year later.
They are fine for basic services and tech's are fine just do not hire them for any significant job such as a/c replacements or generator installation.

I bought a air conditioner from these people. I spent over 5k with them. It stopped working after 4mo. I called them to come out to service it. They have never returned my phone calls. Plus I had something go missing while they were at my home. The value was 900.00. So please don't buy anything from these people. They are terrible.

All-Pro Electrical is a wonderful company. From the owner to Debra in the office. They worked with me on an electrical problem I had with my A.C. It was a big job & I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. You are in good hands with these people. If you have electrical or A.C. trouble do not hesitate to call them. All Pro Air Boca does not stand behind what they sell. I purchased an AC unit from them two years ago and I have had two major problems where I contacted them and they said I'm on my own and don't have a maintenance plan. Why on a new unit under warranty do I need a maintenance plan? They say the warranty is from the factory and not them. I had to call another company Air America (a pleasure to do business with) to come out twice to repair the unit at a cost of over $600.00. All pro also told me they don't service residential customers any longer only commercial accounts.

We have been using Al Pro for over 5 years and have had a great experience each time. Our service has ranged from installing a whole house generator to installing ceinling lights. They are thoughful and thorough and always leave the worksite clean. Highly recommended.
