I usually don't write bad reviews, but what really pushed me over the edge and made me decide to write this one was the recent issue with the heater they installed. In early March, my upstairs heater either wouldn't start or would start several hours after I turned it on. A technician came out and told me that the gas pressure was too high, which burned the heater sensor. I was then told I had to pay to fix the issue.
I tried to explain that it was their technician who set up the gas pressure incorrectly and caused the sensor to burn out--so why should I have to pay for it? The technician couldn't answer and instead recommended that I sign up for a membership, which would cover the cost. So, I signed up for the membership, and the sensor was replaced.
However, that didn't solve the problem. A more experienced technician came out and recommended replacing the control board. Ever since the control board was replaced, I started smelling gas inside my house. At first, I thought it might be the smell of the new control board, but after a few days, the gas smell remained--and got stronger. I called Al Pro, and they recommended I contact the gas company.
The gas company came out and found that the connector to the furnace was loose and leaking a significant amount of gas. I feel incredibly lucky that my house didn't explode due to their negligence.

I originally signed up with this company almost two years ago to replace both my upstairs and downstairs AC units because my 18-year-old downstairs unit was leaking. I had them replace everything, including the condensers and furnaces, and that's when the nightmare began. I've had constant issues with their equipment--for example, they forgot to turn on a switch, which caused the condenser fan to run nonstop just hours after installation even the AC and fan were manually turned off. They also forgot to tighten something in the condenser, which caused a loud ""shredding"" noise when I turned on the AC. On top of that, there's barely any air coming out of the bathroom in my master bedroom.
I've had to call them out repeatedly to fix issues, but the airflow problem in the bathroom still hasn't been resolved. Eventually, I just gave up.
I hope my review helps others make a more informed decision before signing up with this company.

Do not use! Set an appointment for 26 April from 8-12 and they never showed up. After calling the company line they were unable to give me an estimated time of service and said they'd get back to me with an answer. Proceeded to not hear from them all day, wasting a whole day expecting them. A complete waste of time and this company has no respect for customers

Do not use this company! $15,500 for new hvac system. Installed 3/10. Still waiting for a part. Fan blower has an issue. It blows super hard then revs down then back up repeatedly and is so loud that you can't hear the tv or person sitting next to you! Also condenser is gigantic !! I can't get the trash cans out anymore without moving everything. Go elsewhere!! No nice words for this company

Read the reviews! Very bad customer service not a care in the world. Scheduled more than once to be left hanging, didn't show or called us. We had to call to find out what the heck is going on, to tell us we'll technician got stuck longer at previous job. BS excuses every single time even though we scheduled for 8-12 3 times and made it clear to have us first. Stay away and save the headache. Unprofessional

Steer very clear! This company is scam. They state it is a free estimate will then charge for a supposed. They came and supposedly did work and charged $1,700+ for something that was supposed to be an easy simple and fast fix. A day later a leak started from the ceiling damaging my washer and completely ruining it I call them out again and now they quoted $20,000 and refused to refund me or fix the issue. Why quote $1700 then state it will be $20,000 instead? I kept calling for a supervisor and one never called me back. After many attempts I informed them if a supervisor did not call me back I would be forced to file a charge back and that they are more than welcome to come ""undo"" whatever they supposedly did. I have to buy a new dryer and call another company to fix my ceiling and the leak. I have pictures and proof of everything they claimed they did but actually didn't do. I filed a chargeback and will be taking them to small claims court. Tired of being hounded by them for money but they refuse to act professionally and get a supervisor involved like I had requested. They are money hungry and have zero morals.

First of all, they took advantage of my parents who are 90 and 91, and installed a $25,000 heating and air conditioning unit. All they needed was a new wall thermometer. When we found out, they were installing it, we called them and told them to cancel, but they told us that a contract was already signed, and they wouldn't stop. And then they charge a $20 membership fee every month. Looks like the comfort advisor was Anthony Edwards.
Because of this installation on an older home, we are now having issues with leaky pipes all over the house. I do not recommend this business, and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I have used this company before. When you call the office Sarah and Priscilla both were very curteous and professional. With this company there is no extended wait time. Brian Sparks was sent out to go through a electrical maintenance survey in our home. He was able to answer any questions I had. We agreed to upgrade our electrical fuse box. Brain took the time to explain everything about the box so that I fully understood how it worked and what needed to be done. He came the next day to upgrade the box. He did not try to upset anything. He is an electrician and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He is an asset to this company.
