Incredibly skilled and efficient technicians, superb customer service, and prompt and effective communication is what you will get with All Phases Electrical. The've done a ton of work for me on my rental properties in the Orlando Milk District, from complex rewiring projects to simple installations, and they never disappoint. I recently hired them to rewire two condos for me, changing the light switches that operated old wall outlets to work with new LED ceiling lights in the main living area and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. It was super short notice, as I wanted to turn over the rentals ASAP. The office staff responded quickly with a ballpark quote based on photos and work scope specifics I had emailed, and Josh was out the next day to review the job and get me on the schedule. Just like the electrical panels and previous work they'd done for me, the final bid was VERY reasonable, and the techs did a flawless job. Nick, Eric and Kurt arrived on time and were very professional and clean. It doesn't matter the size or complexity of your project, they will do it quickly, effectively and affordably. I had a list of 15 problems in my home from installing motion detectors to changing bulbs in a nine foot ceiling and installing dimmers. Cory and Eddie did a great job in fixing everything. They showed me how they determined my motion detector was broken and how they knew I needed a new ballast in a fluorescent fixture, not just a bulb. They fixed some problems other electricians could not fix. I will always call All Phases Electric when needed.

We recently moved to Oviedo from Massachusetts and bought a house that had been flipped and had only a few lights, no real working fans in this 5 bedroom house. After searching around I called All Phases and they came out, gave me an estimate and set to work. They had to replace a dozen outlets, put together and install 12 fans and a dozen lights and they did an amazing job. Their staff is nice, polite and respectful, on time and helpful, one of my fans had a glitch and they came right out and helped me. They're a great company and would highly recommend them.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ELECTRICAL! I had this company come out to my house to figure out why we were having a power surge in the house. When they came out, they advised me that I had to have the entire house rewired for electrical. I paid to have new boxes and all new wiring. When the problem wasnt fixed afterwards, I had them come out for another visit. They had the nerve to tell me that it WASN'T THE ELECTRIC, but it was the power company sending too much power to the house. I just spent $3,000 on all new electrical for no reason. Then, they billed me for another visit. When I had the power company out, they informed me that All Phases didn't pull permits for their work and the power company was going to turn off power until the permits were pulled. Even worse! WHAT A SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE!

I don't usually write reviews, but this company deserves the highest praise. I half expected to be told I needed more work than needed and be charged and arm and a leg, but that was not the case. They are honest, genuine and extremely customer service oriented. Their prices are affordable and the work is of the highest quality.

From the moment I called and was greeted warmly by the receptionist, to having my appointment the very next day, I was pleased with All Phases. The service was great and I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and knowledge base of the technician, Clay.

I highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality electrician from a local and service-oriented company.
