I studied business before attending Lincoln Technical Institute for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heating systems. Numerous issues in these fields often stem from electrical problems. In 1985, I moved from PA to CA and spent four years with an electrical contractor before establishing All Phase Electrical Systems. I have participated in numerous organizations, including several Chambers of Commerce and non-profit service clubs like Rotary International, Knights of Columbus, and the Van Nuys Neighborhood Council. Currently, I serve as the President of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association of Southern California and am always eager to assist others. I am regarded as an Industry Expert in electrical matters and have testified in court. I conduct private investigations when there are concerns about purchasing a home or in cases of electrical safety issues. Having worked in electrical for more than 40 years, I have a deep passion for the industry and keep current with the National Electrical Code updates every three years.
