Robin P.Made an appointment for April 16,2021 for an estimate to install a generator. Had several communications with Jonathan (phone, email and texts) to confirm my scheduled appointment. And guess what? No show! Very poor!
Mike B.Called for warranty service, service person did not seem to know how to trouble shoot problem, after fumbling around he said the generator was installed too close to house?? he left the job along with my son who met him there and then he came back snooping around?? not sure what he was doing, he did not know he was being watched , All Phasesent bill for $163.00 for service call without any quote or pre notification, Generac said it was under full warranty, they said pay or they will report to code enforcement and lien home. The next company we called fixed it in no time and said it was properly installed. I have never wrote a review prior however people need to beware.
