I echo the comments made by others - Clem and his Team are fantastic! He was very responsive, answered all of our questions (and we had many) and did an absolutely wonderful job! He is very quick and knowledgeable about everything electric. He made sure he had all that he needed along with the approval from the home warranty company prior to the appointment time. He replaced the entire electrical panel in about half a day and his work is perfect! He was able to come out quickly to the property and we are extremely pleased with the end result. We will definitely be using him for anything electrical. Thank you Clem and Team for a job well done!!

Thank you so much for a great job. Well done! Clem and his technicians responded very fast to a job request that we needed right after the holidays This particular job was at our church securing our outside electric plugs and converting the inside to GFI so we can turn them on and off as we needed them. The job was done neatly and professionally. He has also done work at our Shelter in fixing or replacing old electrical wires. I am repeat customer with All Phase Electric. A couple of months ago Clem had replaced a burnt out electrical socket in my kitchen. He was professional and did excellent work and pricing was reasonable. During this time I was looking to replace my outdated electrical panel. Clem provided a quote that was reasonable and competitive with other quotes I had received. He also had experience working with the City to get the permit. I decided to go with him to get the panel upgraded. The following month, Clem and his team upgraded the panel and did an excellent job. They were clean and professional. Cecil did a terrific job installing power to my wall mounted television and changing the circuit on a ceiling mounted light fixture. His professionalism and skill put me at ease and though he had to crawl through a small and crowded attic space, he never complained (unlike the previous electricians quoting the job). His price was fair and he didn't try to up-sell me on other unnecessary work.

I needed an electrical socket installed for faster charging on my electrical vehicle and had them come out to my house in Beaumont to do it. They requested a review but I waited to make sure that everything went well. After a week or so I must say that everything he promised was done perfectly. He installed it in my garage, the next day my fast charger came and it worked perfectly. My car gets charged super quickly and I have not had a problem with it. The man that came out was extremely friendly and does good work. I was rude and had to reschedule the day before and he did not seem frustrated, he was happy to come the next day. Clem Harvey is a really great electrician. His prices are very reasonable and you will get quality and expertise. Don't hesitate to hire Clem.
He's great. He first put in my electric car charging station which multiple previous electricians quoting huge prices and very complex plans. Clem came over figured out a very simple plan, made the installation and quoted about 1/3 of the price! He has since become my over all electrician. You won't be disappointed.
