What a disaster. First off, when the technicians came to my apartment, they didn't know the job that was supposed to be performed. They waited 30 minutes for me to send a screen shot to my roommate to tell them what to do. How could you show up to a job without knowing what to do? Poor communication within the company.

The real problem was when they broke the water valve under my sink. They used a wrench and over tightened the valve, leading to a flood in mg kitchen. The technician had to use my buckets and towels to clean up his mess because they came unprepared. The technician also thought the situation was funny and decided to post the event on his social media. Very unprofessional for a situation that was very serious. When I called Phil and told him what happened, he informed me I would be reimbursed for the plumber that was coming to my apartment (I had to call an emergency plumber). Since then, they have not responded after sending an invoice to the company.

If you want unresponsive people and want more problems than what you started with, this is the company to call. Put your trust and hard earned money towards another company. Good luck if you use them.

Unfortunately very disorganized and lack follow up and proper sales and customer support.
Called multiple times, shared my contact, and based on their promise was going to get a visit but I didn't hear back at all and when I followed up on my previous conversations they seemed to be lost.

I have updated one star to 3 stars as the owner contacted me and said they have trained their staff for customer service activities but I have not done business with them again to say if they really are doing what promised to do.

Our technician Kevin, came over to repair in op light switch. He was very professional, knowledgeable and honest.

He explained to us how to wires connected in the Electrical outlet, was quite dangerous and should have never been crossed.

He was able to repair the switch and now I'm able to turn off my bedroom light. I'm glad I had a professional electrician do this job.

I would highly recommend this company or hire them again.

My initial contact with All In One Electric was not as smooth as I've experienced with other contractors (plumbers electricians etc). It took several days to book an appointment for the next week. Only then, was I told it was for an ""onsite estimate""and that once an agreement was signed, the actual work could be done.

In retrospect, this should have been a red flag.

George and another guy (sorry, can't remember his name) showed up 3 hours early. They both were super nice and understanding that I was given a later time by the office and had just gotten out of the shower. They walked around, said the office would email an estimate.

Almost an hour later, they returned apologizing that the office hadn't opened, thus the delay, and verbally gave an estimate.

$250 to replace existing ceiling fan and $100 to replace pendant light fixtures. I was looking to replace 2 fans & 3 fixtures. The total estimate was for $800. By my estimate, at an hourly rate of $120 (the norm), 2 technicians, 5 fixtures (no rewiring), should take maybe 3 hours at most? At AIOE's estimate that's over $250/hour.

Most contractors bill hourly, which is why the need for an on-site estimate should have been a warning. I'm guessing the actual cost is the standard hourly rate plus the office's up charge.

If you're willing to go back and forth, trying to book an appointment, then pay loads more, since they're onsite: I recommend All In One. For me, it comes across as manipulative. Just be honest about your fees.

Why 3 stars? They didn't do any work so why penalize with only 1 star? 1 off for difficulty (24 hour delay in email responses) in booking. And 2nd for over priced charges.

Or, you, the customer could hire an electrician who charges hourly.

Phil at All in One Electric hooked me up with his guys George and Hunter for an external electric box for an AC unit. They crushed it. Did a great job and George did some repair work outside of the purview of the job. BTW: be nice to these guys -- they work their asses off. Thanks again, George and Hunter!

I want to give a shout-out to All in One Electric - professional, reliable and cost-effective. I highly recommend them. Phil assessed the situation, and the company got back to me the same day with an estimate. The office manager was helpful and always responsive, and the two electricians who came to my condo yesterday, George and Sean, did a terrific job installing new recessed lighting and a new outlet in my study. They problem-solved, kept me posted all along the way, did an expert work all around. Great guys...

All In One Electric is absolutely fantastic ! I had called 3 difffent electric companies and all I got was ""leave a message and your number and I'll get back to you"".....which they did not within 4 hrs! Then I called ""All In One Electric and spoke to Debbie! She was so understanding of our problem and she said she would call us back with 1 1/2 hours to tell us when the electrician (Oliver) would be out.
We are in our 70's and with no electricity in this hot weather could be a disaster!
Oliver was at our house with 2 hours and had the problem fixed within minutes. I would recommend this Company to my family and friends! If I could give them 10 Stars I would!!!!!

AMAZING SERVICE! Super professional and on time. We first received an estimate/quote from Phil, who came out and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. After reviewing the three different locations with problems, he told us we would be receiving an estimate by end of day. We received the estimate from Lindsey by end of day and we scheduled something for the following week.

George came out and was really professional and nice, took time to explain things and even got us the correct bulbs as we had purchased the wrong ones. He was a pleasure to work with; both of them were :)

I would totally use them again!!! Would highly recommend both Phil and George!!!
