I cannot say enough great things about this business! I walked into my house with my fuses blown: no a/c, no wifi or electricity in the living room. I called mr sam and he was at my house within a half hour to complete the repairs. On a friday!!!!! The price was very reasonable and as always, mr sam made sure everything was in order before he left.

We hired All Electric Service because they had good reviews and where in Watauga. We where doing a complete remodel of our property. We had to call him several times because he missed things. Our contractors all complained because he put several holes in the sheet rock. When it was time for him to come back and finish the work he was a no show. He finally after weeks of calling came and did 1/8th of the work. We have called several times and he has still not come to complete the work. It has been 7 weeks and several phone calls. We gave him a deadline 3 weeks ago and he said it would be done by Saturday and still didn't show and the work is still not complete. We have hired another electrician to get the work complete. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. He is cheap but you get what you pay for.

They provided a quote and said they would be out at 11:00 then after several hours of waiting they said it was to far them to drive causing me not only to waste an entire day but to call another company costing me an whole other day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Learning yelp. Since this substandard company did not come to my house as promised. I initiated another yelp request to a different company for a quote. Much to my dismay, it also sent a Request to this company. DO NOT USE- Unreliable!!

I called Sam early this morning because we had no power at our home. I knew it was not a system wide power outage because our neighbors had power. Sam made time to get to us quickly and access the problem. His assistant Rick came with him. Long story short, we needed a new panel. Sam got us a temporary solution so we could have power and not lose things in our freezer, refrigerator etc. He then went to a previously scheduled job more than an hour away. He returned after that was done this evening and replaced the old panel with a new one. It looks amazing. The job was so well done and they cleaned everything up prior to leaving. I found Sam to be very professional and detail oriented. I would highly recommend Sam for any electrical needs and I will most definitely use him again in the future.

Wow. So asked for an estimate on yelp estimate. This company was terrible. Quoted me a price. Company asked for pictures. Sent pictures of project to be done and asked if it would alter price. Ignored question and asked availability. Told him availability but was seeking other quotes. They proceeded to ignore that and sent me an appointment time. I get forced and ignored. Not good customer service.
