I never saw him other than our initial contact (due to my schedule) but he initiated contact many times over email and was very communicative about the process. Tomas installed a walkway lighting system for us that never worked properly and wouldn't stand behind his work. When we called him to ask him to come take a look at it and fix it he said that he didn't serve Mill Valley anymore and refused to come by.

I initially found him because I was looking for an electrician who was familiar with the Insteon programmable switch system and Tomas indeed proved to be extremely knowledgeable about this system. As he continued to work with me, I also threw a wide variety of electrical problems his way interior and exterior - no matter what the issue, he approached it methodically and professionally and unraveled some very messy electrical work in our house. He makes thoughtful suggestions and is strategic in his approach when it comes to complex situations.
