My electricity in my Garage stopped working. And then my HVAC system made a weird noise and spark. I thought something was terribly wrong with my electrical panel. All while the freezing weather and ice accumulation was happening. I called at 8am and he was over by 9am. Made sure the panel was working properly. Restarted everything. Listened to my concerns. Excellent service! This company is top of the line. Professional and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you for a job well done. We had ceiling fans installed and one developed a wobble. Don came back the next day and diagnosed/fixed the problem.

I highly recommend Don, owner, with Alum Creek Electric. We were having trouble with our electric turning off & on...tripping the main breaker. I found Don's company through the Nextdoor App. I called him after hours and he was here within an hour. Don checked all of our breaker boxes and was able to detect the problem. Once the repairs were done, he even gave us some tips on a future update that the property will need. We are going to stay warm tonight thanks to Don!

I called A.C.E. On a Saturday around 3:00pm. I had no lights in my kitchen and was going to be entertaining at 6:00. He said he was just about home and was calling it a ""day"", but he would be happy to come by and fix the problem. 10 mins later he was there. Not only did he fix the kitchen switch, but a dead outlet in my bedroom. He got up in the attic and found a shotty splice that was causing the dead outlet. Now I have power on the only wall where I can put a tv in my bedroom. Old school customer service!!!! A.C.E. Really saved the day. The total cost was awesome for odd hours on the weekend. He's got my business!!
