Jae answered the phone and set up the appointment, and sent out sergio. Upon his arrival, he asked if if he was parked ok and then asked for permission to come inside as he was putting on his shoe covers. From beginning to end , the phone called to take his time to protect my cabinetry and floor as he changed out my garbage disposal.... never felt such respect from anyone rendering a service in my home. We had a great experience working with All City Plumbing. Melvin was so professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful of our piping situation and offered several options to solve our bath leaking issues. We ended up having to repipe our whole home because we had original pipes that had to be replaced and with each step Melvin provided information and reassurance on how it would all turn out. My mother liked him so much that she will be hiring Melvin for future work she requires in her home. I definitely recommend!

I had clogged outside drains. Taylor Travis came out and gave me 3 options. He did not try to oversell but gave information on each both pros and cons. I chose the middle option and they worked their butts off clearing this drain. He even recommended removing the thick bamboo as that was what invading the pipes. I took his advice and a year later I have no problems. This young man was great.

Had a water heater leak and contacted All City Plumbing for an estimate for a replacement. At first the company said someone would respond between the hours of 1-3pm. Then I get a call back, it would be between 3-5pm. Needless to say someone arrived at 5pm. (So the company lost a star for that)

However, Greg D. who responded, is a five star employee. He was very professional, knowledgeable, quick and thorough to replace my water heater.

Wow! Best plumbing service i've gotten in my life! Our guy,Alexis, was very attentive to our needs and knew exactly what to do for our clogged pipes. Me and my housemates definitely can tell how passionate he was and he made sure he got the job done effortlessly and with perfection!
