This was the first company that came to mind when I was looking for someone to help with a plumbing leak. Maybe, from seeing their orange colored work vehicle often. It was very easy to book an appointment online and the follow up was also very quick. Kudos to Joe who was scheduled to come and help. He has very good customer service skills. He was very professional and communicated well what needs to be done to find where the leak was. He showed a genuine interest in helping us find a solution to the problem and not just sell a ""quick fix. Joe was was very thorough and informative. He presented different options, pricing and gave us time to decide which route to take. We really appreciate your help Joe!

I was having issues last month with water overflowing into the kitchen sinks when I ran the washing machine. All City was able to get me an appointment the next day.

Oscar came out and immediately knew what the problem was. He snaked out the blockage and explained to me the benefits of jetting in the future. We were back in action in no time and the service we received was great as usual.

Pricing is very reasonable for the fast and reliable service provided. I always know I'm getting an expert that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

I just have to say, this company really is top-notch. We had a problem we thought was likely a slab leak (major issue) because our carpeting in one spot was sopping wet for no apparent reason. Due to the great reviews here, we called All City first thing in the morning, and they sent us a plumber, Connor, within a couple of hours. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Within a very short time, Connor was able to ascertain that it was almost certainly NOT a slab leak, because he found our water meter wasn't budging at all. Then he opened up the A/C closet, and found water sloshing around! Why we didn't think to look in there, I cannot say :(. Within a few minutes, he set us up with All City's HVAC team, and again, a tech was sent out extraordinarily fast--by early the same afternoon. All City didn't even charge us for the first visit by the plumber. Wow. And the price for the HVAC service was very reasonable.

Daniel was our HVAC guy, and he was just the nicest kid. Again displaying exceptional knowledge and skill, he knew right away what our problem likely was--a plugged condensate drain. He had the right piece of equipment to blow out the plug, and the water dripping stopped. Unfortunately, some time after he left, it started up again, and before Daniel could get back to us, the friend of my husband's who installed the unit two years ago got off work and came to help us. He tightened up the lower drain joint and glued it, which was likely the second source of the problem, as now the dripping stopped and has not recurred.

Here's the kicker: When I texted Daniel on his personal cell phone (yes, he'd given us his number) to thank him and let him know we wouldn't be needing him further at this time, it was 9:30 at night. To my complete surprise, he responded immediately and graciously. Exactly while I was texting him, my husband started wiping out the A/C closet with a paper towel while the unit was running, and it got sucked up into the unit! Yowsie! What to do now?

I immediately texted Daniel back in a panic. He suggested to turn off the unit, unplug it, and try reaching carefully up into the opening beneath the unit. Incredibly, my husband was able to find and retrieve the paper towel without having to take the thing apart--serious problem solved! All thanks to a very kind young man who was willing to help us long distance at what was now nearly 10 p.m. via text!

Needless to say, ""All City"" will definitely have our business in the future. Thank you, Daniel! You have a very bright and well-deserved future ahead of you. God bless.

I had a sewage leak and my was told me to get a sewer drain expert. Making an appointment was easy, everything was done online and I didn't have to talk on the phone to anyone. Sergio came out (he was early, yay!) the next day and ran a camera through my sewer. The problem was someone had drilled right through the sewer pipe to install a different pipe! Crazy!

Even though the circumstance was unfortunate, Sergio came in good spirits and got me to laugh at how ridiculous it all was. (Who just drills through a sewer pipe? Honestly...) He ran me through many different options, and made sure to tell me that I didn't have to go with the entire plan listed out and didn't push any upsells, which I appreciated. The estimates were clear and payment plan was an option, phew. Everything was emailed to me, which was great because there were too many steps and costs to keep track of. There were a few parts where I was unsure what it meant but Sergio was prepared and had very helpful videos that showed me exactly how the fix would work. Very informative!

I decided to put the fix on hold while I try to get in contact with the person who drilled into my sewer pipe. The pipe they put through the sewer pipe was making the fix more complicated and I didn't want a back and forth breaking of pipes (but wouldn't that be funny?). If I go with All City Plumbing & Air, I will update my review!

I cannot say enough about All City Plumbing and how wonderful they are!
I was quoted by a different plumber that my water heater problem would cost $8700 to fix. I wanted a different opinion, and Matt from All City Plumbing arrived to my house. He fixed the problem within three hours and told me the cost was $925 - and that I did NOT need a new water heater. I highly recommend All City Plumbing - they are my new plumbers for sure.

Had my AC system looked at today by All City. Jonathan was the tech they sent out to us and he arrived within the time window we were told. He seemed honest and straightforward and helped us figure out what was wrong with the system. I would recommend them!
