We just had a slab leak piping rerouting completed by All City in my elderly dad's home in Rancho, and were extremely pleased with the service from start to finish! Isidro assessed the issue quickly on his initial visit, and Jason C came out during the same visit to confirm and scope the repair. They were very patient In waiting for me to get back to my dad's home 2 months later (I live out of state) as my dad wanted me around during the actual repair. When I was able to get there, Jason C and Michael N did a fantastic job all in one day as promised!! They effectively worked around a few unexpected challenges with the very old plumbing in my dad's home and All City did not charge any extra over the estimate we were given. Jason and Michael were extremely pleasant to work with and are experts in their field. Everything is working perfectly now and we are very grateful for the service we received! Thank you!

My husband and I were very impressed with the response time we've received. I found this business through Yelp with 5 star 3700 hundred reviews. So I thought they have to be good. To be totally honest, our technician Steve was thorough and meticulous. He gave us our options on paper. After reviewing the work it entailed, it was worth it. There's a saying you get what you pay for. This was definitely the case. He took the time to answer our questions and explained everything fully. Outstanding customer service!!

Called up All City Plumbing, and the representatives are great, and professional. We had an appointment set up the same day, and were assigned to Jacob E. -- He arrived on time and was incredibly kind and professional. He explained what was going on and all the options to move forward. Jacob is respectful, knowledgable and won't give up until he solves the problem before him. Jacob repair a leak issue with our reverse osmosis system; and we are very grateful to him and ACP.

Amazing and quick service! We had Joe Dorado help us with our water heater. He was not only knowledgeable, but so efficient and thorough with his work. He called to check if the water heater was under warranty, ordered the parts we needed, and got straight to work. We're very happy with All City Plumbing and with Joe.
