Thanks to the age of the internet I never have to deal with a bad service experience or poor customer service. Taking the time to research reviews and legitimate experiences from others and sharing them like this one is worth it. I found All City Electric on both Yelp and Google Maps with high ratings and reviews. Starting my own business and building my home office for the first time in California was a bit nerve wrecking and everything was seamless until I realized I was overloading my circuit breaker which was apparently extremely old and needed to be replaced. Professional service, fast response time and completion. Jody is extremely knowledgeable and broke down exactly what my needs were and looking forward for room for expansion. With very competitive and fair pricing for the quality service I wouldn't go anywhere else for my future needs. I'd prefer to support my local small businesses and hope they grow especially during these times during the COVID pandemic crisis.

All City Electric is 5 Star & as good as it gets. Jody was very responsive and came to my home to provide a quote for a 200 amp panel replacement, a sub panel install, and also planning for 'future projects'. Jody was professional, responded quickly with a quote and helped me best understand my options for this work. Once we agreed to move forward, Aaron was our electrician assigned to complete the work, and he was 5 star as well. Aaron completed the work with excellent detail and is truly a master of the trade. Once the work was completed, we received a full inspection pass from the city, and the patch work was completed very quickly after. I'd highly recommend All City Electric - these guys are top tier!

I haven't actually used their services but I was really impressed with their customer service. My power went out in part of the house and I decided to contact them based on their good reviews. They told me they could be at my house within a couple of hours. Before they arrived, my power came back on (it was a windy day) so I called to cancel. They were super polite about it and were also able to provide pricing on a couple of services I asked about. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Just had an excellent visit from Andrew to fix some breakers.

We were afraid that it would be something more serious but he diagnosed the problem immediately and did the repair quickly and efficiently. Had another electrician back out at the last minute and All City and Andrew came to the rescue.

Price charged was very reasonable.

Our water heater all of a sudden died and we called Jody. He came out within 30 min of the call, promptly accessed and fixed the issue (replaced the outlet) and also provided fair estimates of future work we wanted done.
