Okay, so I'm updating my previous 2 star review. I needed some GFI and outlet repairs. Ron the owner shows up and we discover at the front door that I had given him a bad review. A little uncomfortable moment....We agree that we'll communicate better this time about rates and fees. I say I was quoted $110 an hour plus parts. He says that's correct and that I won't be charged for two guys at that rate. They proceed again in an efficient and friendly manner. When they're done they provide me an invoice for $150 which was $110 hourly rate plus $40 in parts. Great guys and great service. Just shows the importance of good communication.

We used all bright electric several times, for different electrical projects. They are competitively priced and do excellent work. Most recently we had all bright electric install recessed led lighting throughout our home. They did a great job!!! My house was cleaner than before they started. My wife was very pleased when she came home from work and saw the great job they have done. I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors.

This is a really good shop. On the phone, Debra (Ron's wife and herself an electrician) is very knowledgeable on the phone and provides reliable price quotes. They show up when they promise and do good work at a price that seems fair. Ron is quite competent and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent service from Ron and Tim. Punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly; I had several jobs for them to do in my kitchen/dining room (including installing recessed lights, centering a chandelier and removing a wall switch) and he did them the same day as our initial quote appointment. He even hung my new chandelier for me at no extra charge. Excellent pricing also. We are VERY pleased with the work, and would highly recommend All Bright to anyone!

Beware! It seems as though it is all about money for this family owned business, not customer service! Very unprofessional.She gave me an estimate for $100.00 an hour + materials. He showed up with a helper (friend). All they did is talk to each other their about personal while working. My bill came to double what I was quoted. I was not informed I was also paying $100.00 for family friend also who he was with him. I needed to call another electrician to redo some of his projects.
I also had him replace my circuit breaker. That was a mistake. My A/C was not working. I had to call my A/C guy to find out it was electrical?..

Ron and Debra at All Bright Electric are friendly and easy to work with. Ron installed exterior wiring in our backyard (for a pondless waterfall), rewired our china cabinet with LED lights, replaced our bathroom fan, and installed several LED dimmer light switches. Excellent workmanship. Would recommend highly.

I have had Ron do a number of jobs and he and helper are always reliable and do very good work. But this time I was more than disappointed with the cost. He installed four under cabinet fluorescents, two track lights and one plug in Led. It took him and his helper two hours, labor only and the only material he provided was the $30 Led. Total bill $610. To me, that is $580 in labor or $$290 per hour. I just called a local electrician and was quoted $190 for him and helper. Looks like I gotta change.

Ron, Debra and crew are great team. We've had them on three jobs and are planning a fourth with them on our Eichler-built home in Concord. From small (running new circuits) to large (upgrade to 200A service).

One of the nice things about All Bright is that they're fairly small -- meaning that everyone knows what's going on and when. It's a good team-effort: Debra not only mans the phones but seems to deal with a lot of the paper-work side of the business (permits) and Ron and the crew are in the field.

Every time I've called I've gotten an answer rather than a ""let me check and call you back"" which is not only efficient, but adds to an overall level of confidence. Moreover, appointments are able to be scheduled within a matter of days, not weeks.

They also invest back into the community insofar as local-team-sponsorships and community events. For a small community (Concord/Clayton), it is great to see an All Bright logo on a soap-box derby car.

Not only would I recommend them, I have and will continue to do so...
