We contacted Chris about replacing a side garage door, screen door and re-screen our patio screen door. He came out at the time he said, gave me a quote and we agreed to have him do the work. We found a door and screen door we wanted and Chris said he would pick them up, they were on back order. He went looking for a door but could not find anything like we wanted. The main thing is he kept us informed during this process. He has been on time and let us know what was going on the whole time. That alone is worth 5 stars. Looking forward to having him do the work.

Although my electrical issue did not require additional services at the time, I feel the need to leave this review because of the positive experience that both Chris and crew provided. I am a new home owner and moved into my new place back in September. About three weeks in, both my stove and air conditioner/heating system stopped working. Yikes! I ended up contacting All American Handyman based off of the positive reviews. After speaking with Chris by phone and letting him know what issues I was running into, I set up an appointment.

On the day of the appointment, Chris and his partner were running a little behind due to another job they were currently on and he was courteous enough to give me a call and let me know his ETA. Once arrived, both he and his partner were able to identify the issue almost immediately and fixed it. Given that I had a number of professionals (different techs for internet/phone/cable services, home security services, etc.) in and out of my home over the previous weeks, the issue was as simple as someone accidently turning a couple of the switches off on the electrical panel. I felt bad for having them come out to my home for a fix that appeared to b e so simple in the end but they were not only kind and professional about everything, they also helped educate me on my electrical panel and what I can look for should I run into these types of issues again.

Can't thank them enough, it was such a relief that this wasn't a bigger issue. Although I did not need to hire Chris and his team in this situation, I will certainly keep his company in mind should I run into any issues that need fixing in the future (god forbid) and will recommend his company to family and friends based off of the positive experience I had.

Chris and his team came out to fix several problems I had with the house--a window that needed caulking, a clogged gutter, and a leaking toilet valve. Chris was super-professional in all his communications with me and prompt in responding to the inquiry I submitted on his website. He fit me in to his schedule right away. He did great work and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Chris and his team to other homeowners.

I ordered a inground basketball hoop to be installed at my house. I was able to have the cement footer for the basketball hoop poured earlier. The hoop weighed over 500 pounds. All American handyman sent two fantastic guys to my house. They actually worked in the rain to complete the installation. They were clean and professional. For the quality of the installation, the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them in the future.

In August I solicited quotes from several handyman businesses. At least half responded that they were unavailable. Some of them immediately gave me a quote and requested to schedule the work without offering to look at the project first, and I was not comfortable with that approach. A few did not bother to reply. All American Handyman was the only one to correspond back and forth to get more info; they provided an honest timeline, and they scheduled to meet me at home to assess the scope of my project.

Our experience with All American Handyman was absolutely positive. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions regarding my project. They were not pushy or impatient to sell me their services.

Several of the doors in our house stick, don't close, or don't line up for the latch or lock to work. The back door in particular is water damaged and needs to be replaced. Unfortunately I was unable to proceed with that project due to the availability and the cost of the new door. This decision had nothing to do with All American Handyman.

Chris and Anthony proceeded to fix our front door issue and I was impressed by the results. Both my mom and mother in law have been unable to unlock that door for years, and my wife could only barely open or close it with great difficulty. Now our front door can once more be used like a regular door. All American Handyman definitely treated my home like it was their own.

I will look forward to doing business with this company for future projects like installing an attic access ladder. I trust them to take pride in their work and exceed the customer's expectations. I believe they are also very honest about the scope and cost of the job. Finally I would say that they left me with the impression that their desire to help the customer has made them great problem solvers.
