I bought a Generac generator from Costco on sale. It quickly had a problem with the electronica ignition. I was unable to find another one because it was a close out. All American Generator came and picked it up and kept it for four months. I never got a return phone calls. I left several messages without return calls. They explained to me that the company did not want to give the expensive part that was necessary because it cost more than the generator. In the beginning I believe this story. Then when I see how inefficient they are to their customers. One person came out to drop off the generator without a hoist or a ramp. If we were not there he would not have been able to unload it himself. When I went to start the generator I found out the battery was dead. They never charged it why they had it in their possession. Once again they came out to my house to diagnose it without giving me a return phone call. I've called them three times and called the tech one time without ever finding out about me getting up a new battery. I don't know whether to believe them or not because they do not run their business in a professional manner. I would call somebody else. I'm ready to return my generator so I don't have to deal with them again. Have a manager reads this call me i'm pissed off

Well I am saddened to say that when put to the test Kenny turned out to be... a lot like all the rest. Long story short after some alerts from our Nest protects we had the gas company test the Carbon Monoxide levels in the house when the generator was running. The Carbon Monoxide levels turned out to be lethal! When we brought this to his attention All Kenny said was ""I am not going anywhere"" and eventually presented me with a huge invoice, with no consideration, to move the generator to the proper location. Even after representative from Generac, the manufacturer said that the location was the most dangerous possible place due to the tree cover, the fence, the gate and the distance between the generator, the wall and the distance to our LP tanks. Kenny simply blamed me and the contractor for telling him to put the generator there. Sure he came to the rescue to finish the job LT Generator had started and refused to give me a break down of costs for; but at no time did he say ""oh by the way that location will kill your guests in the adjacent rooms!""
I am not sure which is worse IF he knew but chose not to tell me afraid I would not complete the job. Or if after 40 years in the industry he does not understand the most important aspects of generator location safety!?
Anyway you can decide that for yourself. All I say is as always you have to become the expert you cant trust anyone All American are no different they are all about $$$$!!!

FYI I used emergencyelectricone.com to finish the job for about 1/2 the price Jack and Jon father and son team I highly recommend them.

I had a home generator installed about a year ago . I have had the loss of power a few times, and during the fires in Newbury Park this year it was
a relief. My wife just called and stated the power is out in Dos Vientos Ranch, some 1400 homes without power. I should say 1399 without owner. It is great and the company is truly a 5 star operations. The Owner Kenny Marshall is a true professional and his staff of installers and maintenance staff are top shelf. Thank you again Kenny. We will today get to see most of our neighbors as they come to our house to use our stand up freezer in the garage.

Kenny and his team at All American Generator were really great to work with. From estimate, defining our requirements, to installation went off with no issues. Stephanie was great and our install team was very professional and had everything done in one day. Enrique, our main install guy, was fantastic! very professional and courteous.

I am very impressed with their service and highly recommend them for a home standby generator (or any kind)

The failover and fallback test went off without a hitch, providing FULL power to the house.

If you're in the market for a back up generator, look no further than Kenny and his team at All American Generator Services. I was pretty sure we wouldn't need the thing, but within a couple of weeks after install, the power was shut off for an entire day while Edison replaced power poles. Not only was my business uninterrupted, but we could stay cool (it was over 100 degrees that day), and never felt the power outage at ALL! Kenny and Stephanie are super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and worked to facilitate the process from start to finish. Now I'm thrilled to have a Generator... it paid for itself in the first month!

All-American, especially Devin and Stephanie, were friendly, responsive, and very professional both in their help in defining our needs and the installation of the generator, gas line, propane tank, transfer box. We just experience the first self-test of the generator which went off without a hitch.
I wouldn't say I'm hoping for a power outage, but I now have the peace of mind I was after knowing that if there's an earthquake, or other disaster, a loss of power won't be added to any other losses we might suffer.
My only negative comment is that the man who dug the trench didn't protect our plants when he could easily have done so.

Very pleased with the service. They are efficient and reasonably priced. It was difficult to find someone locally to service our standby generator who was qualified to work on our system. I hired them after a Yelp search. It was a little bit of a struggle to set the appointment but we were a little far away and understanding in this instance.

This is a tough one. Kenny did great with our home generator install and all worked well. I contacted him about 6 months ago and told him we were moving and I wanted to take the generator setup with me. He gave me a quote and we put our house on the market and finally after we were set with a closing date, I contacted Kenny to let him know I was ready to have the generator uninstalled. We negotiated a price and he was like fine and even sent a crane guy over to bid the job. Anyway, a few days passed and I sent emails and even called the office and there is no response from him. Till this day I have not heard from Kenny or the company despite multiple attempts to arrange the uninstall. I also own a small business and correspondence and contact are essential. If he would have just contacted me to tell me he didn't want the job that would have been way better than leaving me hanging.
