All American and their staff did a great job installing my new Generac generator. They did it in one day. Their installers (Rolando and Larry) were very customer oriented and did everything to be sure my wife and I were happy. We were both very happy with them.

Rolando, Nick, Bradley, and Oliver were great to work with. They were super kind and professional throughout the whole process and explained everything thoroughly. All American Generator Services (AAGS) installed a Generac unit at my house at the end of May. I received quotes from several companies and researched their reviews and AAGS was who I picked to do my turnkey install. Not only was their pricing competitive but when I called them with questions they were very responsive and professional, both before, during and after the install. All the staff from the installers, to Tanner (quotes), Stephanie/her support staff (scheduling/permitting), Maribel (scheduling and follow up) and Sam (billing) were friendly, courteous and efficient.

The Generac unit has worked great during two recent power outages and performs as expected. I highly recommend using AAGS and Generac if you are considering installing a back up generator.

I did considerable research before selecting which whole house generator company I would trust to provide the generator and do a complete and safe installation. There are choices out there, but I'm glad I ultimately selected All American to do the job. Experience, customer focus, and responsiveness varies considerably across the choices. I won't throw stones at the competitors by name, but how each company works with having in-house or subcontractors for the installation has a considerable impact on the outcome. The bottom line is that my installation occurred on the promised schedule date, with the correct equipment, and completed in a single day.

Don't be fooled. An effective whole house generator system is NOT inexpensive, but beware cost cutting compromises, as they may ultimately cause you downstream headaches. We have a 3651 sq. ft. home with two 4.5 ton A/C units, an electric oven, and innumerable other electrical loads, but with the installed 24KW system, a test run showed it was capable of delivering sufficient current to run both A/Cs and the oven along with whatever other items (refrigerators, etc.) happened to be on at the time. Also, with the load management system capability, the system cam preferentially operate the A/C units so other demands in the house can be met and then return both the units to cooling when the load demands are reduced.

It was a pleasure to see the technicians working professionally and efficiently, including a plumbing subcontractor, and they left the job site clean at the end of the day. We haven't yet had a power outage yet to really test the system capabilities over an extended period, but I feel we are ready for whatever SCE power shut offs or other problems interrupt our electrical service. Beats dragging cables and trying to keep a portable generator fueled and operating properly during an outage! I'll drop an update to this review after some real world experience!

As senior citizens, we got tired of fire and wind-related blackouts. After researching the whole-house generators available, we contacted several Generac installers in the Southern California area. We scheduled job walks and met with their estimators (yes, masks were worn at all times). We were asking for bids covering two potential locations for the generator. First impressions tell you a lot about a company. One company's estimator was late arriving, wrote a few notes, provided a few answers to questions and left saying we would get their bid by mail. Another was prompt arriving, extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional, gave detailed explanations of the process, and made several helpful suggestions. Turns out that person was ""Kenny"" from All American Generator Services in Chatsworth, CA. His bids covering the two potential locations arrived by email within two days and turned out to be the lowest bid we received.

We accepted All American's bid and were promised an installation date in mid-March. Stephanie from Sales later called and said that based on generator availability they would be able to pull the date forward to February 22nd. All American's crew, led by Oliver, showed up on time at 7AM and went to work. During the day, between the installers, the concrete sawing crew, the plumbing crew and a roving All American Generator technician, we counted 10 people that had been here during various times of the day. We appreciated that they kept us posted as to when the electricity and gas needed to be shut off and gave a heads-up before anything happened. Twice they asked if a certain positioning met our expectations. The entire team was courteous, polite and professional. The job was completed and wrapped up around 4PM with a final walk-through and familiarization. The only unfinished business was the replacement of the concrete for the trenching which understandably occurred later that week. The jobsite was left in spotless condition.

It is refreshing in today's business environment to find a company that deals with their customers with integrity and performs their work with a high level of competence. All American Generator Services has earned our appreciation and respect on both counts. We highly recommend them if you are considering the installation of a generator.

This is the second year that I have had All American Generator for annual service on my Generac generator. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The service tech was punctual and very professional. He was very helpful in showing me how to get the battery out for replacement. Removing the battery takes a few moves. It's very tricky!

Wow! My power went out and backup generator came on during this heatwave. When my electricity didn't automatically come back on, I called All American Generator and reached Tanner through the emergency line. He walked me through how to find the transfer switch and restore power to my home. He could have easily told me to make an appointment, but this gesture of good will and willingness to help blew me away and was a real life saver. I will definitely be reaching out this company again to schedule service ASAP!

Tanner from AAGS installed a new generator at our place today and it was a very smooth and painless process. The team couldn't have been nicer. The work was done at a competitive price and you get the sense that Kenny and the whole team really care about their clients. Definitely recommend these guys. We feel more safe and secure already!

I want to start of by saying that I contacted Generac for the names of dealers. I was given 3 names. The first one I contacted wanted to know about my square footage and gave me a phone estimate maybe because they were too lazy to come to my house. The second company I contacted did send someone over. He took about 5 minutes, looked at my property didn't offer any conversation except to say he would send a proposal. Third company I contacted was All American Generator Services. They had a tech in the area that came the same day!! His name was Devon. Now I showed Devon where I wanted the unit and he took the time to explain to me why I couldn't but it where I wanted. He took the time to show me all my choices and did an outstanding job of answering any questions that I had. I decided this was the company I wanted to do business with. My house is 3400 sq/ft. I ordered the 20kw system. I worked with Stephanie at their office, setting up an appointment which was a snap. Stephanie advised me that the installers would arrive between 6 and 7 am. At precisely 6 am they were at the front door. My two installers were Tanner and Oliver. I can't say enough about how professional they were and what an outstanding installation they did. They were done my 1pm. I have read the 2 bad reviews about this company. Must have been a fluke. Highly recommend them.
