Stephanie and her partner came out at night and helped get partial power restored to my home. Their on call works and she answered on the third ring. Was at my home in less than 30 mins. The service from quote to training after installation was exceptional. Very qualified personnel from staff to installers. The installation was very well done with knowledgeable crew. This company was the company that Generac Generators recommended for us to use. They called the next day and set up an appointment to come give an estimate for installation and they never showed up. I called the next day and they told me that there must have been some mix up in scheduling. They then told me that they couldn't even find my name in their system. If they can't even keep an appointment then they are probably not a reliable company.

Very unprofessional and rude. This company Will do anything they can not to fix warranty issues and they play games. The technician was extremely unprofessional and hard on my stuff. He never fixed anything and wasted my time. Beware do not use this company.

I love this company! We did our due diligence and looked at other companies and once we found All American, we finally felt we could trust making this investment. The young man that came for the consultation was wonderful, answered all our questions and they installed everything without a glitch. They have checked in on us a few times already and we've only owned our generator for about 6 months. They also do quarterly maintenance if you like. This gave us peace of mind. The world has gone a bit crazy and we've had blackouts quite a few times in the past year. I don't think anyone can afford not to have something in place if they want to have the security of knowing they can keep the lights on. So I thank you guys so much for our peace of mind!
