The Technician arriving at our resident, initially assessed our issue by visual examination. Only after insistence did he actually do something that correct the real problem. Thereafter, without complete investigation he did not perform outside work, or offer options for correcting the problem. had he been more professional he would have taken steps to physically examine outside issues. The Service manager when contacted spend time defending the actions without first hand knowledge. The culture of this company is not one worth of recommending to anyone.

We lost power in are house for 17hrs today. This company was on time and trustworthy! Anyone that has used an electric company knows its hard to find a good one. The tech that came out was nice, smart and good at his job! He looked at are system and had power in are house in 20min. I would recommend this company to anyone! Are tech's name was Tim. Hope this review helps someone looking for a good electrician.

Landmark home warranty sent these guys. Efficient, friendly, professional. Problem was fixed appropriately. They were quick as well. They exceeded my expectation. Would recommend to a friend. They service downtown Fort Worth as well.

I was assigned All American by Landmark Home Warranty. They scheduled my appointment the same day that I received the email from my home warranty advising me of who the vendor was; the tech Corey came out and troubleshooted the issue(s) and repaired both issues within an hour. He also provided a courtesy look at my ceiling fan light that was no longer working and thought he may be able to repair while he was there, but unfortunately it would take a little more time than he had before his next appointment. However, he did give me an estimate of how much he thought it might cost and told me if would not be covered by home warranty. Not only was he very efficient, he also shared some knowledge with me that will help me in the future. Much appreciated.

Sitting here waiting. My appointment window was 2:00-6:00 and so far a half hour late and no call, no show. Terrible customer service. This company is contacted through my home warranty and I will be notifying them next.

Dennis is the man! There was a short occurring with the GFCI that controls the bathroom and outside outlets. After two other electricians (one from a different company) couldn't figure it out, I was worried the electrical problem would require extensive work (opening up the wall/ceiling to find the short), but with Dennis' excellent problem solving skills, he eventually found the culprit. Service was great and Dennis was at my house within a few days. Very happy!

Don't use this company . The technician was rude . He was sent by AHS. Told me the electrical wiring in the junction box was not covered . I told him I had already called AHS to confirm that it was and he argued it was not . Told me that was my problem and to take it up with AHS. After I reported this , AHS confirmed it was covered and they would waive the fee and send someone else

Bobby from All American showed up right on time. Called 30 minutes before arriving. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with no issue. A very friendly and knowledgeable electrician.

Very unprofessional, terrible service skills, would not use this company ever! Scheduled through Home Shield work was not done, the guy went home, fifteen minutes after he left a message on my phone, even though the receptionist agreed to a thirty minute call back when appointment was scheduled... 3:45 in the afternoon!

Would not use! I scheduled an appointment through American Home Shield because the up lights on our home were flipping the breaker. The technician came out and unplugged some of the landscape lights flipped the breaker back on and charged the $125 service fee. When I complained that the problem had not been solved, he told my wife that I needed to ""read the f*ing contract"". I contacted the owner of the business who proceeded to tell me what a great guy the technician is. I noticed he never once disputed that he said what he said, just that it would have been out of character for him. Very unprofessional. There are too many other good companies out there to use these guys. I have instructed AHS to never send these guys to my home again.
