As a recent arrival to Myrtle Beach, I was looking for a dependable small business electrician that I could build a rapport with to perform all of my electrical needs for now and in the future. I cannot recommend All American electric enough. After moving into our new home, we discovered a number of electrical repairs and upgrades we wanted for older home. From that initial phone call, all the way through completion of our many projects, All American Electric were friendly, timely, professional and the quality of the work is excellent. The list of items we wanted completed was extensive, so it took 2 days to finish. Chris showed up on time, was very thorough, communicated well throughout the process. I feel the price was very fair for the amount of work that was put into our project. I recommend the small, family owned and operated business to anyone looking for an excellent, honest, thorough electrician. I will use him again for any future electrical needs that I might need.

He gave me a free estimate and had a permit pulled and the work completed and inspected just days later. Chris gave me a fair price with excellent service. Electrician boasted about being a second generation electrician but couldn't resolve a simple issue. Had him diagnose issue with outlet tripping. Although it worked fine for years, he claimed it was too small amperage and replaced. Almost immediately after he left, the same problem occurred again. During this second visit, he said that it needed yet a stronger amperage on the outlet box plug. I came to learn that he charged me $125 again for a service call even though he misdiagnosed the problem initially and should have come back to fix it due to his error. On the new bill, he also charged me again for an outlet box plug. So I paid for his original outlet box plug which he took back when he came the second time, but also charged me for a new plug. Then, my receipt showed that he claimed to be here 3 hours the second time to replace the plug. My neighbors security system showed him arriving and leaving within 41 minutes. My recommendation is to use a more experienced and reputable electrician.
