I have called numerous times and they haven't come out yet. Brian the Manager even committed to coming out Tuesday, it now Thursday. They haven't called, email or sent a text with a reason why or anything. Go elsewhere!!

They over charged me for the duct cleaning work they did. I was quoted a price based on 13 vents and as soon as the guy showed up, he told me that two of them were no serviceable. Seems like Dave the rep that quoted me the price the day before should have known that. So I called them and he was supposed to call me back and never did. Also, they don't actually clean the ductwork with a broom or other sweeping type device, they just blow air through the system, clean the vents, fan and coil, the ductwork does not get touched.
I don't consider that amount of work, worth $725, and not getting my call returned, I definitely won't recommend these people.

I moved to Florida in 2003 and have used this outfit from the beginning. They were prompt and offered service contracts at an affordable price and always offered follow up service for routine maintenance.but that's where it ended. On the last service call to my home, they told me I needed a new heat and ac unit. We agreed on a price and had it installed in 2012, didn't hear another word from then till I needed to have a thermostat replaced, under warranty, in 2017. Five years and no contact.They charged me a $70. service call to replace a thirty dollar, at most, thermostat. Caveat emptor!!

The County inspected my new AC unit. I was advised the wrong size braker had been installed and the AC co. would have to replace it at their expense. At 9AM today I was rudely awakened by my 2 dogs who ran to the front door and were barking their brains out. I peaked thru the window and saw the All American van blocking my driveway and their employee with the co. name on his shirt. I opened the door. He asked ""How Are You?"" I didn't tell him I was FURIOUS. I responded that nobody called to tell me he was coming. He said you were called but nobody answered. While he was working I checked my voice mail.. Their office person said it is 8:20AM now (this same morning) and went on with advising someone would be here to do what the county required. I am 76 years old. I turn my phone off when I retire for the evening and I turn it on when I get up. At my age I feel I have earned the right to take on the day when I choose. If the county comes out again I will request they make it clear to the All American. they should not come here until the afternoon. When I called to speak to the mgr. of the local business I was treated rudely so I have to agree with Ashley P. I was put on hold after I was advised ""you're just going to have to wait"".. I allow 5 minutes to wait on hold and then I hang up. I called the national no.next and got voice mail. The attitude of the voice of the woman on the recording was off the chart rude. The tone of her voice was as if she didn't have time to talk with me and don't call back later. At that point I decided to come to YELP's site to tell my experience to whomever would like to read it.

I paid for them to fix my ac they told me it was ants. Then a week later it breaks again so I call back and they said they would charge me again. They came out said it was coils and it was $600 so I did it myself. It still didn't work so thy said it was the relay. Nope none of that it was a $6 fuse I bought online. Apparently they go around scamming people out of a lot of money when it's a simple fix.
